Sometimes in life, we may face adversities. Adversities such as a job loss, trouble with family members and such. Adversities are a way the Universe is telling us that we must grow stronger and better than before. What can we learn from adversities is experience no one else could dispense unto us.

To rise from adversities, we must always remember to be as powerful as possible in getting up again after we fall. To this end, it is prerogative that no one could stand in the way for us to stand up again. What could this mean is that anyone must perform their best in order to survive anything that would befall them.

Following are six ways to overcome adversity:

1. Be vigilant: In order to defend ourselves from danger, constantly be vigilant of possible shortcomings and attacks from anything that might be endangering you now and into the future. Always be on the lookout for anyone dangerous enough and try to neutralize them fast before it becomes a threat to you. A small danger could slowly erupt into a bigger danger if not contained swiftly. For example, an epidemic outbreak will slowly become a huge pandemic as what we saw in the COVID-19 pandemic. That's why it's important that we act fast to identify, isolate, and interrupt these dangers from its path before they slowly become something else bigger because it's easier to contain it while it is smaller than when it has become bigger.

2. Take care of your personal information: Please make sure that all of your personal information is closely guarded from privy eyes. Keep all secrets held in a place where it is not possible to be obtained without you knowing. Put ruse, hide your skin, do not show yourself, or whatever it may takes to keep your secrets as dark as the dark side of the moon. Another way to think about this is that a small leak could sink a great ship. Do not let anyone in to any bit of your secrets as it may compromise you.

3. Relax: Calm down and takes strides in closely following up with your livelihood. Make all efforts to get up again and find a way to survive. A calm nerve will bring you to a state quicker than a wrecked one. Furthermore, feelings are as important as actions.

4. Uphold personal integrity: As far as you are concerned, you must make sure that you do not compromise yourself by doing anything illegal, bad, or mean. When you have your personal integrity controlled, nothing could beat you down further or make you suffer.

5. Scour for information: Always be on the lookout for information anywhere of the things that bothered you. When you are filled with information, nothing could really bring you down as you are safeguarded against delusional and ineffective beliefs.

6. Do not let go of possibilities: Sometimes, a small possibility is better than none. Take care to jot down all avenues of survival that you may find anywhere. Make sure you get it all tried before you give up on them. Try, try, and try more, until you have exhausted all means. By no means you must give up when there are still means to survive. In this world, there are two types of people if both of them fell into a deep hole. The first type will try his or her best to dig out of the hole (situation) while the other type sulk, give up, and waited for his or her death in the hole. Hope you're the first type! Rise.
