How to be happy is not exactly the easiest thing in the world, but we tell you what are the most effective tricks.

What is the secret of happiness? Experts agreed that it was simply an attitude. You need to choose to be happy to improve your mood and become a positive person.

To help you decide more easily that it is time for a change for the better in your life, we have made a list of a few things that should contribute to your happiness, no matter how insignificant they may seem. Try at least a few of them and you will see the results immediately:

Smile as if you're really happy

Charles Darwin was one of the first to realize that facial expressions can affect your mood as much as they reflect it. Smile and your brain will respond to this stimulus. You will suddenly feel much happier. So simple and effective!

Don't stress when your house looks like after the war

Instead of thinking in horror about how messy you are, it's better to look at clothes scattered throughout the house as a creative expression of your personality.

Messy houses can be a much more pleasant and relaxing environment than those that look perfect. Because a tidy place like a barracks lacks personality, so your mental comfort is the same as you would have in an institution.

Share your love and admiration

Think of all the people who have had a major and beneficial impact on your life. Remind each of them how it changed your life for the better. Tell those around you how often you feel.

Because it's never too late to express your feelings. In addition to doing you good by bringing all this to light, you also make those close to you happy, because it's great to hear pleasant things, no matter who says them.

Color your house as warm as possible

It may not seem important to you what color the walls in your house are, but you have to keep in mind that you spend enough time there to influence your mood.

So choose warm and pleasant colors to decorate your apartment. Or, better yet, if you have a touch of talent and passion, you can paint them with your own hand, as it goes through your head. Conservative variant? A wallpaper in cheerful colors or patterns.

Be nice to everyone

Try to spend an hour at least once a day without saying or thinking anything negative. It will help you identify the things that change your mood every day.

Besides the fact that to smile you use only half of the muscles, you use to frown.

Solve your financial problems

It sounds complicated, but that doesn't mean you can miraculously get a huge amount of money to get rid of all your financial worries. You need to keep track of your expenses, stop buying unnecessary things, and try to reduce the number of credit cards you already have.

And it wouldn't hurt to try to manage the money you have without borrowing from relatives and friends. And just the fact that you have control over your spending will make you feel better.

Increase the dose of vitamin B

Vitamin B1 and B3 deficiency are the cause of chronic fatigue and irritability that you cannot explain. Sources where can you get them? Whole grains, fish, and meat. And it is preferable to assimilate these vitamins from a healthy diet and not from dietary supplements.

Change your sports schedule

At least if you have one. If not, you can start moving. Any kind of movement, even a relaxed walk, for half an hour in the evening. Or subscribe to the gym, it is much more enjoyable to practice sports than alone.

If you are passionate about movement, choose the type of exercises that motivate you and remove the routine.

Drink a glass of wine from time to time

Research has shown that people who drink alcohol sparingly are more willing to socialize and less at risk of living an isolated life. The watchword, however, is moderation.

Because more than three glasses a day lead to depression and even a terrible hangover.

Take a break when you're at the office

Each time you are stressed, take a break for a few minutes and take a short walk. If you can't, at least get up from your computer and unwind. Or just close your eyes and imagine that you are in a place that you love very much. The few minutes you disconnect from everyday madness will work wonders.

Bring the passion back into your relationship

Especially if you've had the same boyfriend for a long time. Try to remember what the first months spent together were like, what things you enjoyed, the evenings spent together, the holidays.

Habit can kill a relationship, so it's up to you not to let it happen too soon. Spend more time with him, rediscover the things that brought you closer and your life will be much better because a fulfilled relationship is a very motivating factor.

Make time for those you care about

Our well-being is directly related to those around us. If they sound happy, our quality of life is far superior. Even if you are busy, try to make time to visit your parents, call your grandparents and take your sister's children to a cartoon movie.

You probably don't feel like listening to your mother's theories about what it's like to sit at home, but a small sacrifice on your part will bring you long-term happiness.

Say "I'm sorry!"

If you made a mistake at the office, make the mistake. Your colleagues and bosses will respect you for that. Your personal gain? The burden of guilt will not sit long on your shoulders and you will feel much better after admitting that you were wrong.

It is not for nothing that it is said that the recognized mistake is half forgiven.

Surround yourself with pleasant aromas

Like green apples or cucumbers, two of the scents that remove anxiety. Try bath oils, scented candles, shampoos, shower gels, creams, or whatever you have on hand. And the theory holds for all the other flavors you like.

Enjoy the sun

Ultraviolet rays help the body to produce vitamin D, which contributes to the increased level of serotonin in the body, so, implicitly, to a state of well-being. Spend at least 15 minutes in the sun every day and it will be enough for your mood to be permanent.

Listen to music

Your iPod should be a good friend, especially since you can listen to music almost anywhere. Make a playlist of your favorite songs and listen to them on the way to the office or in the evening, when you go home because music is a great way to relax.

Do things with passion

Do you remember? When you lose track of time and suddenly wake up it's evening. Think about all the things you used to do with passion and do them again, or try something new.

Go to massage

The massage works in two directions. It tones your body and relaxes you mentally. Like anything, you do for yourself. Moral? You're never pampered enough.

Take a break from email

Did you know that at the office you check your email about 40 times an hour? What if you took a break and reduced the number of hits to one per hour? What if you tried to solve some of the problems on the phone? Psychologists believe that verbal communication is much more effective than other methods.
