You can become happy in life just you only want to do is so

4. Take care of your physical health: Eat nutritious food, get enough sleep, and exercise regularly. A healthy body can lead to a healthy mind and boost mood.

5. Practice mindfulness: Focus on being present in the moment without judgment. Practice meditation or deep breathing exercises to calm your mind.

6. Avoid negativity: Limit exposure to negative news, people, and situations that bring you down. Replace negative thoughts with positive ones.

7. Set achievable goals: Set realistic and achievable goals for yourself, and work towards them gradually. Celebrate progress and small moments of success on the journey towards larger accomplishments.
