Here are some hacks to create a growth mindset.
1. Adopt a positive attitude
Try to stay in a positive mindset. Whenever your mind goes to negative thinking, consciously bring it back to positive thoughts. Positive thoughts can help you to make efforts to do positive things.
so make it your daily routine to consciously sit with yourself and remove negative thoughts and replace them with positive ones.
2. Surround yourself with positive people
Always try to interact with people who motivate you, not discourage you.
If you are surrounded by negative people then start to stay away from them and try to watch positive and motivated things on the phone or TV.
It is always said that it’s better to be alone than to be surrounded by negative ones.
3. Meditation
Always try to meditate a minimum of 5 minutes daily. The meaning of meditation is not to sit with closed eyes, meditation is trying to concentrate on one thing only, for example, trying to focus on the sounds of water or try to focus on your breathing or even try to focus on how air touches your body.
4. Gratitude
We always ignore that the universe blessed us with so many things, but we take this for granted, never thankful to the universe for these blessings.
so always be grateful to the universe for so many blessings. make it your daily routine to be thankful and grateful to the universe for food, home, beautiful body, family etc.

Our body is all about our diet. our wrong eating habits create so many health issues in our body. If we work on our diet habits we can cure so many diseases.

add nuts and seeds to your regular diet.
6. Exercise daily
Exercise makes your body fit and fine and it also makes you more active and fit.
For the growth of your body and brain exercise is a must. Exercise doesn’t mean going to the gym and doing heavy workouts, it is just to make your body active and healthy.
do any type of exercise daily for a minimum of 30 to 40 minutes.do yoga, stretching or any other type of activity. If you can’t exercise daily then go for a walk or run daily for more than an hour.
7. Clear goals to achieve
Try to find what you want to do in your life. This is not a tough task to find your goal in life.
do spend some time with yourself and always try to find what are things that make you happy to do.
The things that make you feel happy are most probably your goals.
Set small goals and make them happen, it makes you confident and motivated and then set big goals and try to achieve them with your full potential.
8. Get enough sleep
It is always said that if your body needs rest then your brain also needs rest and good sleep is a must for a healthy mind and body. You should take 6 to 8 hours of sleep.
try to sleep with an empty mind. Before going to bed, always show gratitude towards the universe.
try to sleep with positive thoughts and you will see in the morning you feel positive energy.
9. practice mindfulness
Mindfulness means trying to remain in the present moment.
just leave behind your past and take it as lessons not regrets and stop worrying about your future, live in the present moment and enjoy it.
Try to do mindfulness activities daily to remain in the present.
10. Learn something every day
When it’s about learning, behave like a child that you don’t know anything, in this way, you can learn easily.
Always try to learn something new. Try to learn from your mistakes.
Remember that building a strong and growing mindset takes time and consistent effort. However, it's a journey, so stay consistent and have a positive attitude.
