Hey guys, welcome back to my channel! As requested, I am sharing a full day meal plan that will help you lose 10 kilos in just 10 days. This unique meal plan is oil and sugar-free, and I have customized it with a slight Indian touch. It provides breakfast and dinner options, and it's easy to follow, made with easily available and inexpensive ingredients. Remember, for the best results, stick to the plan without cheating and consider incorporating light to moderate exercise like walking. So, without further ado, let's get started!

1. Turmeric Tea or Lemon and Chia Seed Drink

Start your day with a refreshing and detoxifying beverage. You have two options: turmeric tea or lemon and chia seed drink.

Turmeric tea: Turmeric is a natural detoxifier, and its active ingredient, curcumin, increases thermogenesis, leading to fat burning and weight loss.

Lemon and chia seed drink: Despite lemons' acidic taste, they are alkalizing within the body, helping balance pH levels and lower inflammation. Chia seeds, a superfood, are rich in fiber, keeping you fuller for longer and preventing unhealthy snacking.

Note: Chia seeds and basil seeds are different, so make sure to use chia seeds for this drink.

2. Breakfast: Apple Banana Smoothie

For breakfast, we have two smoothie options. The first one is an apple banana smoothie, which I have already shared in a previous video (link in the description box). Now, let's make the second smoothie:

Ingredients:

1 apple, roughly chopped

1 medium carrot, roughly chopped

1/2 cup water (adjust according to desired thickness)

Juice of 1 lemon (or use orange juice for a sweeter taste)

3 dates

1 tbsp flax seeds

1/4 tsp freshly ground cinnamon powder (or a small piece of cinnamon stick)

Instructions:

Add all the ingredients to a blender.

Blend until everything is nicely mixed and combined.

If desired, adjust the consistency by adding more water or using coconut water or fruit juice instead.

Pour into a glass and enjoy.

The apple in this smoothie promotes the growth of good bacteria in your stomach, while the high water content and fiber keep you full until your next meal. Carrots are low in calories but packed with nutrients, including vitamin A, which plays a role in reducing abdominal fat. Dates, despite being high in sugar, contain various minerals that help lower blood pressure and regulate fluid balance. Cinnamon is another miracle spice that aids in weight loss by reducing belly fat and suppressing appetite.

3. Lunch: Boiled Egg and Sliced Apple

For lunch, we have a simple yet satisfying meal:
