Is financial stability real? Or is it just a statement that people say to make them feel contented with what they have? How would one know if they have attained financial stability? Is there a known amount of wealth acquired that specifies that one has attained financial stability?

I personally feel that one should relate financial stability to their own contentment of what they actually have/own. Human’s nature is to want more and more and people will work hard or tirelessly to earn more or make more money even when they have accumulated so much wealth and they will actually feel that they have not made it in life or they have not yet attained financial stability.

One person might seem financially unstable but they personally feel like they are stable and another might seem financially stable but if you ask them, they will tell you they are not. So it all goes back to contentment. You are only financially stable when you are contented with what you already have.

Yes, everyone has their own struggles, some make it in life earlier than others but that doesn’t necessarily mean that you are less smart or hardworking. You might feel like everything you do just doesn’t work out for you. Some don’t have jobs, others have tried different businesses or different channels of making money and still don’t work hence become stressed out or even depressed.

Guess what? Giving up is not an option for you. The only limitation you have is in your head! You only need patience and maybe lots of patience but trust me, one day when you least expect it, everything is going to change for you. More opportunities will open up for you, everything that you have been working so hard for will finally come to be. You will look back, smile and be thankful you never gave up.

Often times people look at those above them (those more wealthier than them or feel are doing better than them) and compare with them hence feel rushed to become like them or better than them. Hey, life is not a competition. Do what you can and don’t force things. Give yourself peace of mind and stop comparing yourself or your family to those you think are doing better than you.

You will never achieve contentment if you do so! You will only torture yourself. Enjoy what you already have with your loved ones and acquire wealth at your own pace. My mom told me if you want to be contented and happy, look at those who have it worse. You have a roof over your head? You have decent clothes, everyday you have something to eat? Don’t you see how much blessed you are?

There are people who would go days without eating, who barely have something to wear and so many living in the streets. You don’t have it bad. Once you realize this then is when you are going to attain happiness.

You are more blessed than you think

A message to all those who have finally achieved their financial stability, life is short. Be givers and not always takers. When you get a chance to bring a smile to someone’s life do it. Help the poor, feed the hungry, give back to the society. It is said when you give with a pure heart, good things come back to you ten folds. Put that in mind.

Most people when they are in need tend to make so many promises of how they are going to be very helpful but most of the time they don’t keep their promises and tend to be the exact opposite, full of pride and selfish. I still have hope for humanity. I ask that any wealth acquired should be put into good use. Let’s love each other, accept diversity and the world will definitely become a better place.
