It's crazy to think about how half of the world will never step into the unknown because of the comfort zone that they are in. We are stuck in this world of comfort and that makes us know the outcome for each thing we do in life. If we x, this will be y. This continues on and on until we stop that. When we are living in our comfort zone, we miss the chance to experience something new. Something that could change our lives once and for all. We will miss this new experience of a rush. We will miss new experiences with new people. Just by being in this comfort bubble, you are holding yourself back to a world of endless possibilities. Although it does have its own benefits, are those benefits helping you create a whole new world for yourself?

Stepping to the unknown can be such a tough next step in your life. Let's say you have been in our comfort zone for 30 years and you try to do something that is outside of your comfort zone. Your brain will not like that because you have been inside of your comfort zone for 30 years and it will kick in fear. As you are trying to experience something out of your comfort zone, your brain will send chemicals to your body which is saying, "Oh no, I need these chemicals to keep on moving. You don't get to change it up now." As this is happening, you will feel yourself continue to go back into your comfort zone. Your brain is addicted. In order to keep on going, you will need to continue these new steps that you are doing even if your brain tells you no. You have to tell your brain yes, I get to change up the rules of my life. It is not going to be easy, you will have to fight to keep pushing forward. If you think you can fix 30 years in 1 day, this is not for you. It will take years of determination and trust in the proceess to truly get into the world of endless possibilities. You will have to get rid of those habits that will not help you grow. Some people won't understand why you are doing the things you do because they are still stuck in their comfort zone. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT take advice from people who are still in their comfort zone; they don't know what it is like to have a world of endless possibilities. Create a routine that will help you get where you need to be. You will have to create a new mindset.

“Warning: when feelings become the means of thinking, or if we cannot think greater than how we feel, we can never change. To change is to think greater than how we feel. To change is to act greater than the familiar feelings of the memorized self.” — Dr. Joe Dispenza

As you continue to be on this journey to overcome your comfort zone, you will see the world in a new way. You will see that there are so many different experiences you get to have in life other than the ones you were accustomed to. What if you discovered a love for sky diving? Maybe a love for zip-lining through the jungle? You will notice that you have grown tremendously. You will see that this journey was not meant for the weak. When you are in this world, you will not know where life will take you and you won't know the outcome. That can be very scary but use that to make wise choices and life will take you where you are meant to be. You could have a million different outcomes rather than 1 that you knew will happen. Remember that every day you will be growing and in order to keep up with that, you must continue to work on yourselves. Some days might be harder than others but think of the outcome and think about how far you have come. The world is your playground and you get to choose how you want to play.

As the journey can be hard, try to pay it forward. You should try to help 3 people on their journey out of their comfort zone. Once you have done that, ask 3 people to also pay it forward by each of them helping 3 people. It will continue to be a cycle that will help others in life when they are stuck.
