If you're going to read this i hope it helps you and others! The number one thing is first make yourslef happy then others. Because if you're not happy and you want to help others it will make you more struggle with your own promblems know that! And want you to know that you are not alone. Even in your darkest moments, there are people who care about you and want to support you. Please remember that you are important, and your well-being matters. Give love to yourself how YOU give people love.
