Indulge in the past, just push the wounds, and the disturbed thoughts will overflow.

In life, there are too many willing and unwilling, wanting and not wanting, loving and not loving. We are all involuntarily. One of the great sorrows in life is that you can remember what you have, but you can't forget what you have lost.

Whether the past is good or bad, whether it is happiness or pain, it has passed, and you can only recall, but cannot go back. But sometimes, we always have a hard time with ourselves, indulging in the aftertaste, decadent in the past.

In fact, we are not living wisely at all. The past was only the past, and the past was also the past, why let the whole world grieve along with it? The sand that cannot be grasped, no matter how tightly your fingers are clasped, will still leak; so no matter how you miss your things, you will have them. Instead of struggling with contradictions, it is better to have a calm heart. To accept the things that we cannot change, to change those things that may be changed, to find the places in our inner world that can be broken through, to find the places that cannot be broken through and learn to accept.

Life should look forward, not backward, free yourself from the past, and there is a way under your feet.

Don't dwell on the past, don't be afraid of the future, don't neglect the present. Walk your own way, it's flowers, blooming and chic; it's leaves, stretching a different kind of waist. Don't let past accidents disturb your present life, and don't let your present life break your wonderful dreams. Don't let the clouds cover your eyes, and don't leave regrets for the rest of your life. A lifetime of dreams, always expectations, life will always be surging with a surging power.

Dream life, fight for life. Listen carefully, whose youth is whispering again.

This is what Chen Langyu wrote in the preface of "Don't read the past, fear the future". This book gave me a lot of hope. I've never been brooding about the past, and at the same time feeling overwhelmed by the confusion of the future. Now why think about it? The wall is in the heart, and the door is also in the heart. This is a good book, I recommend it to everyone.

Life is short, how to live a wonderful life and achieve a career in this short life is a question that many of us are concerned about. The meaning of life lies in struggle, life is endless, struggle is endless, struggle will never be outdated, no matter what age you are in, if you don’t want to live a mediocre life, then struggle!

Decades of life! Come in a hurry, go in a hurry. When I am old, I suddenly look back: there is regret for spending time, there is melancholy for mediocrity, and there is tireless pride. Life is full of forms, everyone's pursuit is different, and the process of life is also different. Some are mediocre, some are great, some are wasted, and some are full of fighting spirit. A life of struggle is wonderful. Even if there are thorns on the road, the ultimate harvest is the joy of success; a life without struggle is destined to be mediocre, wasted years and regrets.

Life is not smooth sailing, there are sunshine, wind and rain, flowers and thorns. It is because of the baptism of wind and rain that we can see the colorful rainbow; only because of the pain of failure can we taste the joy of success. Turgenev said in "Luoding": "Although our lives are short and small, all great things are created by human hands; when we are alive and aware of this noble task of ourselves, that is what we do in our lives. Supreme happiness." We are here to create this society, and it is inevitable that we will be hurt and shed tears.

Therefore, as long as life has not stopped, they are desperately tossing on.
