In a world full of chaos—we as people need more–peace, love, inspiration, kindness, and compassion. But the million-dollar question is: how can we possibly do that–if all the noise and fog that plague us every day–in which keeps us from obtaining that?

First, we must stop looking outward for it and start looking inward. Get back to the (heart) of the situation, by centering ourselves back to our center–in the heart space.

By doing so, we will be able to drown out all the noise–and clear away the fog that is clouding our judgments—giving us back our peace of mind.

You can do this by closing your eyes–taking in a deep breath–putting your hand over the center of the chest and focusing on that area. Be sure to go somewhere in or outdoors–away from noise or other people.

Don’t be afraid to let down your hair and take off your shoes–put your bare feet on the ground, such as the grass or dirt. Ground yourself–back to the center of existence.

By doing so, you’ll be able to not only get back what you lost within—likewise, gaining it in the first place. But also be able to give that back to others. As a result, spreading more positivity in a world–which seems so darkened by the blackened sky. Therefore, seeing the sun peek through again. Consequently, not feeling so gloomy–despite what’s going on in the world.

Our hearts play a more important role in our lives than we may realize–the sooner we all figure that out–the better.

There is still hope in this world–we only have to stop coming from a place of lack and start being what we seek. In doing so, giving back to others as well.

Secondly, bring the focus to what your soul is yearning for. Push down the ego, and ignore the nagging voice–that takes away from who you truly are and are meant to be.

In addition, be willing to give the love you seek to yourself–in which learning for the first time–how to unconditionally love yourself. Doing so teaches you how to unconditionally love others as well. (We cannot give to which we have not). So if you want to give something to someone–you must obtain it within yourself first.

Likewise, if you want more–you have to willingly give more. On the other hand–not before you can give that to yourself. (It’s not a selfish concept–as it may sound). Take a cup for example–if you only pour water into other people’s cups--sooner or later the cup will be empty–becoming dry. As a result, you have nothing left to give—not even to yourself. Always be willing to fill your cup first–so you have more to give.

Thirdly, be willing to change your perspective. For instance, if your focus is on the worst in the world–that is all you’ll see. Therefore, be willing to look for the good–all around you. I’m not saying to be oblivious in the world—however, don’t only focus on the negatives.

See the world through the eyes of a child again. Experiencing life as though, it’ for the first time. In other words, choose to be better, than what is out there. Likewise, have a kind heart and gentleness about you.

You may not be able to change the whole world—however, any positive impact you have on people going forward–is better than not trying at all. We all need to do our part–bringing more goodness into the world. As a result, more will be found in doing so. Additionally, you will feel better—knowing you brought some kind of peace and love–into the world we all share.

Never think, as an individual–you won’t make a positive difference for others. (A single person can make a huge difference). Furthermore, with enough people–it can bring more of what we need in the world. Living by example alone–makes a difference. Especially when so many people have lost–their way, passion, and reason in life.

Moreover, you are not alone, and we can do this together–if we are all willing to work in harmony. (Even if that seems impossible–it isn’t). For instance, look for like-minded people–that have common goals and intentions.

And lastly, you can have it all–by letting go of what no longer serves you–leaving room for more. But it all starts with You, by bringing back the focus to what truly matters in life. (You can find this in your heart’s center). Then be willing to expand that outwardly to others—giving to others, what you also need—peace, love, inspiration, kindness, and compassion. (Each of us has something from our hearts to give)—it can make a difference in the world for others.
