Before all else, we have to do the WOOP. WOOP is a concept in psychology that stands for Wish, Outcome, Obstacle, Plan. It's a four-step process that helps individuals set and achieve goals in their lives.

Here's a breakdown of each step of the WOOP process:

Wish: The first step in the WOOP process is to identify a specific wish or goal that you want to achieve. It's important to make sure your wish is something that's important to you and aligned with your values.

Outcome: Next, you need to identify the best possible outcome or result of achieving your wish. This could be a feeling of accomplishment, increased happiness, or improved health, for example.

Obstacle: In the third step, you identify the main obstacle that's preventing you from achieving your wish. This could be an internal obstacle, such as a lack of motivation or self-doubt, or an external obstacle, such as a lack of resources or support.

Plan: Finally, you need to come up with a specific plan for overcoming the obstacle and achieving your wish. This could involve breaking your goal down into smaller steps, finding ways to get support or resources, or changing your approach to the goal to make it more achievable.

Now knowing part is over, let get underway with buiding an effective habit with eight steps:

1) Have the end result:

The first step in habit building is to clearly define your desired end result. This could be a long-term goal or a short-term objective. Having a clear vision of what you want to achieve will help you stay focused and motivated.

2) Start small:

3) Reduce friction:
