Who?
Aurora, in mythology, was the goddess of the dawn. She was a pioneer for new beginnings and an innovator of change. To the weary or wounded or those just needing something new, the door of Bon Coeur would open for all to walk through. The welcome is for any and all, from every walk of life, to bring all of your baggage, struggles, pain or strife. Our egos are persona non grata, for it is equality which we embrace. We will always make room for wanderers to join our race. As a perfect vessel for this journey, ceremonially christened and unchained, Aurora was launched as the voyager and keeper of Bon Coeur.
Where?
Now it is time for a bit about Bon Coeur. You all came with a purpose in search of some cure. So we will throw these doors open and begin our tour. Bon Coeur was conceived in the throes of a deeply personal search for change. A change that called for a massive shift to occur on all levels, ground to stratosphere, in order to discover the true joy and open the valve to unleash self-love. Enough life had been lived at this point, to know that this journey begins best at home. Ground zero is born in a space that feels safe. All compasses point backwards to ourselves as our starting place. Whatever you are searching for or any other path of pursuit, the plan is to abandon our control to make way for transformation in uncovering our truth.
What?
Open minds, open hearts, and pure intentions born from love, will allow us to deconstruct and give our vulnerabilities the space to dance together as one. Judgment and negativity have no place here. They missed the bus and are left standing, dumbfounded, back in the small town's dust. Distracted from arguing with blame and anger about who was at fault, they Mapquested their route, misguided, and dead ended in mistrust. We opted for faith and followed the stars. Navigating through the murky dark, like old ancient mariners, we rode the waves until we were rescued by the light. We marveled at the silver sand, lit from the moon's shine, as we landed on our shores, counting blessings so sublime. Our lighthouse welcomed us with embers ablaze and flickering on open doors. We saved ourselves with perseverance, rescued one another with trust, allowed love to swell our sails and changed for the better, as a result. Now we live as kinder humans, more compassionate, beautiful and whole. Earthbound and indebted with our weathered maps of manifestations explored, we celebrate new beginnings found in change, our life and so much more:
How?
Honoring energy, exploring dreams, challenging our fears, testing our limits, asking the hard questions, braving their answers, removing our blinders, abandoning our prejudices, learning to trust, trusting to love, loving our flaws, flawless with scars, choosing to give, taking much less, making the effort, telling our truth, accepting life’s hard, but oh so worth it, helping a stranger, facing danger, forgiving ourselves, also others, singing in the shower, running into the rain, baring our souls.. unabashed with no refrain, counting our blessings, working up a sweat, being the person you want to be, creating our own luck, travelling to understand, remembering money is transient.. fleeting at best, but our earth is bountiful and she is enough, healing mother earth, thanking our parents for their sacrifices, forgiving them for being human, accepting our pasts, owning our part, choosing our futures, finding our footing for moving forward in freeing ourselves.
When?
Here and now, our connections bind and strengthen our resolve. Here and now, we plant our seeds in our common ground and work hard to harness the rainwater. Let's wash our soul clean and break open the blinds, because it is time to grow and breathe in sunshine. Let's be real, of course. Some days we may lie in bed and say screw it, but most days, we will make it. Here and now, in this home, we will build Bon Coeur. Strong hearts and clear minds, our directions assure. When we arrive we will find our hearts whole and happy, beating in harmony along with our souls entwined.

Yours to answer. Door's open. Come along if you dare. Believe in yourself and each other and believe in Bon Coeur.

Heal
I seek to mend. It's what I aim to do. I’m not a doctor or a nurse. I’m not a seamstress or a therapist or a mechanic or a minister of those who sin. I was an average human being, bumbling along life’s mercurial trail, when I stumbled and tripped and eventually fell. It became clear to me that change was the key. Change was inevitable, so why not embrace it and keep it real. Life threw some lemons my way, as it frequently likes to do, and I abhore lemonaide plus citrus juice stings my wounds. Peering outside my narrow box, I knew not what I was looking for, I just knew I needed happiness to be what's in store. Ergo, finding joy and self-love became my mission. I had to get creative without any funding to budget or mentor to whom I'd listen, so I embraced my inner destroyer and will love myself right out of my prison. I did, however, need an income and now, as a new parent, a legacy in good example became an important ideal for my child to inherit. So I sent fear on a well deserved vacation and took a open and honest inventory of my space. In my plenty years thus far, my heart had always been lightest when I was immersed and dutiful in my yoga practice, So I busted out all my old notes and dusted off my tired text books- because if this was going to work, I needed to practice, plan and review. I was blessed to have trained in the craft of which 6000 years of healing techniques and secrets had been preserved.

To Give Your Last Twenty
He walks oddly, shuffling and nearly tripping down the hallway toward his apartment door. I slow my pace, allowing my neighbor— a stuffy ex-marine with one missing tooth and a strong odor of liquor and two weeks' worth of unwashed stench always accompanying him—to reach his door. I crinkle my nose, nearly gagging as he dawdles ahead.
