Be Yourself

Have you ever had a thought, while just mindlessly gazing out in the blue, but there is just that kind of peace in that, ''not present in the moment'' gaze. Sometimes, you just want to run away from everything so far that, no one can ever find you and live in that solitude and peace. And sometimes, there are moments, when you think, what is your goal or aim in life and why are you just living in vain? But sweetheart, you are only human and you are not alone, millions of people, especially teens and middle-aged people are in crisis about their lives too. All of us struggle, it is just that we do not show those parts of our lives to people around us, maybe we pressure ourselves to not burden others. But it is not that we are troubling or burdening others if you share your problems with your loved ones, they will also share with you and this will be a moment of trust and therapeutic.

Being yourself is quite difficult nowadays because there are a lot of expectations and many variations of normality, that we become so confused and roam mindlessly exploring other types, but in this journey, we lose our real selves and become accustomed to the way other people want us to live and they just keep dragging on that way of living and want us to live that way. But you should be brave and courageous and break out of the stereotypes or expectations which are unrealistic if you are not comfortable with them. This can be really hard because you are in a group of people and you are just a single person, but if you believe in yourself wholeheartedly, no power or force can stop you, you will be the driving force and inspiration for the people around you.

You are human and it is alright if you sometimes fall back or want to take a break in between, but never give up. Life is full of twists and turns and you might struggle on the way, but navigating your way through the thick fog and at the end there is a beautiful destination waiting for you and you totally deserve it, because you put your heart, soul, and hard work to get to your goal. Finding a trustworthy person is really hard because there are people who take advantage of you, but one day you will find someone, who will be the missing piece to your puzzle and complete you.

For me that someone were my friends, I met them in middle school and I proudly say that we have been friends for 12 years, it is just heart-warming, that I have people who care for me and are there to listen to my crazy stories, my sob stories and just scold me, when I make stupid decisions. But before all that, do you know how we became friends? You might think, things just happened naturally and we just went with the flow, well this is half-true. I was a very active kid and always so full of energy, if you go to my friends and ask them they would say, I was the one who took the first step. I remember going to them and extending my hand and asking them if they would be my friends and now we are friends forever. I stand by this way of making friends and still use this day. So, the lesson I would like to give you is ''Believe in yourself, be brave and hold out your hand to them and make friends'', always an effective way, this advice is from an expert. Be productive, and healthy, have a good mindset, and develop a good personality. The secret code to being successful and happy with yourself is, to take one step at a time and you will see yourself getting closer to your goal and eventually one day you will achieve your goal.
