Anger As Source Of Energy For Change

Any change requires action, and action requires energy. It can be obtained from inspiration and joy, but much more and more powerful is the energy generated by negative emotions — anger, anger, ruthlessness.

Imagine the destructive power of a tornado blowing away everything in its path. Now imagine what such a force is capable of, if used correctly.

In this article, we will analyze what power is hidden in anger and learn how to manage our inner “tornado”.

Get angry to survive.

Our distant ancestors had to be extremely fierce in order to survive. Smell danger, run away, get angry when someone else took your place by the fire, quickly adapt to the new area. It is unlikely that they would have been able to survive the conditions that we know about, with only inspired thoughts about the upcoming joys.

It’s much easier now. We solve communication problems by simply clicking on the “Unsubscribe” button and building negative emotions into the cult of the forbidden. You cannot be angry, you cannot enter into open conflicts and show your anger — all this is prohibited and condemned.

If a person is forced to deny his negative emotions, they accumulate elsewhere and do not disappear. As a result, he turns to anger towards himself or passively shows aggression.

Negative energy is also energy. It depends on us what to do with it. If directed to evil deeds, it will turn into evil. But it is much better to use this surge of energy for the benefit of yourself and those around you. There is always a choice: yell at a colleague or clean up your desk.

For business, negative emotion is a chance to survive and get out of the crisis. The more difficult the situation, the harder you have to act, the stricter the plans and rules.

Get angry to get to know yourself better.

If you are angry with your boss or coworker, is it because his actions are unfair? Aggression is a standard response to injustice. Even unconsciously, without understanding the reasons for our aggression, we get angry at something that goes against our beliefs.

Anger shows what is important to us, helps us adhere to the chosen principles. To find out what we love, we need to understand what we don’t like at all.

Sometimes aggression is a clever disguise for another emotion. This concerns an outburst of uncontrollable rage, when a person is very afraid of something or feels affection, but does not know how to express it. Most of the time, in school, boys don’t hate girls out of hatred.

A flash of anger as a signaling alarm. It fires at the moment when you need to make sure what happened, this is a signal for a problem.

Contact with anger.

What happens to a person when he “muffles” his anger and pretends to be conflict-free? Not being aware of anger is not the same as not being angry. If you are not aware of your anger, it cannot be controlled. A person who denies his anger can never get to know himself better, his real desires and needs.

Allow yourself to get angry. A friend of mine posts a photo of what infuriated her every day in a closed profile on Instagram. For her, it’s a way to ecologically “unload” anger from her head. She says that among all the photographs there is even mine.

Anger is a “forbidden” emotion condemned by society. Allowing yourself to be aggressive is a huge step to come to terms with your inner tornado. But as soon as this happens, all the power of the energy is at your disposal. What will you spend it on?

Artificial anger.

I was fascinated by the idea of ”sports anger”. Its meaning is to artificially anger yourself, to bring your state to a critical and explosive state.

When a person experiences apathy, anxiety, disappointment, in moments of doubt and inaction, “sports anger” helps to return to a normal rhythm.

Instead of feeling self-pity, motivation is death, poverty, anger at oneself. So that the energy that will appear afterward can be directed in the right direction: to find a solution, to an incentive to action, to work beyond one’s capabilities.

“Sports anger” is the best productive state for a businessman. Ask anyone what it takes to feel to stay effective? The list will definitely include a state of tone, tension, healthy aggression.

Challenge yourself, get angry, to see results very soon.
