The Elevating substance of serotonin also called as the Happiness Hormone is Produced in our body when we eat Chocolate. An Amino Acid called Tryptophan, which is present in small quantities in Chocolate is Responsible for the Production of Serotonin Which creates the feeling of Happiness in our Minds.

3. Make a Bucket List

Like mentioned before, Everyone has their own Version of Happiness. Knowing What makes you Really Happy is a true Blessing in itself. Try to Explore and Experience different Things. Make a Bucket List of the things you want to do which you believe will make you feel Happy and more Satisfied.

4. Practice Gratitude

Studies show that A Person who acknowledges What he has already achieved will always be more happy than those who always complain about what they don’t have. Be Grateful for what you already have, Keep a Journal in which you Record all the things you are Grateful for. It will Truly make you more happy then you were Before.

Listening to music can be can be a great way of getting rid of all the negativity that surrounds us in this world. Take some alone time, listen to your favorite music and try to find peace while you are doing it.

In a world where a lot of bad things happen, be the one who good things and make someone’s day. A lot of the times, even our smallest efforts can be the reason of making someone else happy. Try to find happiness by helping others who need it.

7. Be Happy Now

Do you want to be happy now or happy later? Most of us think that in order to be happy in the end, we have to go through a lot of bad and negative things in between. Be the one who lives in the present, not in the future. Being happy now is always better than being happy in the future which none us have ever seen.

However you can avoid making huge mistakes by a little forethought, and focus on being happy in life.

10. Save Money to Invest in your Dreams

You should stop spending money on the things that give you temporary pleasure and things that won’t make your life any better, instead you can spend your money to experience new things, travel around the world and make memories which will give you lifelong pleasure.

11. Be Forgiving

Remember that every human makes mistakes. If someone is being rude with you, Learn to Forgive people for their mistakes regardless of their power and position. It will help keep you away from stress and make your like more easy.

12. Treat your Body Well

Health plays a very important role in your life. You can be happy If you are sick or not eating properly. Treat your body well. Exercise daily, even if it’s just for 20 minutes. It will keep you motivated. Drink plenty of water, and eat healthy.

13. Spend Time in Nature

Even walking in the park for a few minutes can give you peace of Mind and can cheer you up. It gives you some great insights about life and some good ideas too. It also gets you some exercise and increases your level of attention towards little details. Honestly, It’s a win-win.
