How to do marjarasan

• First of all, place a mat on the ground.

• Doing this asana for about 3 to 4 minutes can benefit you.

"Uttanasana" for back pain

A specialty of this Yogasana is that, it strengthens the knees and thighs. By doing this asana regularly, apart from relieving back pain, the thigh and knees are also strong. • Lay a yoga mat and stand upright on it .

• Now keep both hands together and keep both hands upwards .

• Doing this yoga posture 4 to 5 times can relieve backache.
