Yoga Should Be Routine.

Just like brushing your teeth or taking good care of your skin, an honest Yoga session should be routine. This is the only way that the true benefits of the practice are discovered. If even twenty minutes of Yoga are performed each day, the results are overwhelming. Yoga is one of the most powerful habits a human being can adopt, and the impacts of a dedicated routine will last a lifetime. Yoga is Union with the Divine, with our Highest-Self. It gives us back the power. It should be understood that it is a Dharmic ritual, and be respected as so. Yoga is not (only) an exercise, it is the most efficient way to align ourselves to this existence - on every level.

Immediate Connection to Source.

The first Yoga Sutra of Patanjali states in Sanskrit,

"yogas citta-vritti-nirodhah."

yoga = process of yoking; union

citta = consciousness

vritti = patterning, turnings, movements

nirodhah = stilling, cessation, restriction

"Yoga is to still the patterning of consciousness."

When we access this stillness, we are immediately connected to that Ultimate space; The flow state where we can feel our Divinity as human beings. For the time being, we put a pause on the effects of our persistent thought patterns. It is the state of content, acceptance, bliss, understanding, and power. Most importantly, it is the state of conscious control & self-awareness. Think of it as circuitry. Yoga is the golden tool, and our body's conduct and channel the Source energy - Prana, Chi, Qi, "the force".

Access To Perfect Health.

"Perfect Health? No way!"

Yes way. Yoga will get you as close as possible to perfect overall health. How? By strengthening and keeping clean every single one of our bodies primary systems, by creating flexibility, and by allowing our minds the chance to rewire & reprogram itself. Yoga is the most ancient holistic health practice for prestine health and well being that exists, and it always will be. It is tried and tested for ages as the most effective method to regain the full spectrum of our natural abilities as human beings.

I personally healed myself from a chronic auto-immune disease through a dedicated Yoga practice and intensely focused breath work and I haven't faced any illness since. I think it's been five years since my last cold.

If you want to heal persistent physical, mental or emotional pains - the answer is Yoga. It is the sure fire way to take back control over every aspect of our lives.

Brain Function & Emotional Regulation.

Numerous studies have been done by the scientific community on the effect of Yoga/meditation on our brains. In one such study published in Science Daily last year, experts review evidence yoga is good for the brain.

The prefrontal cortex, cingulate cortex and brain networks such as the default mode network also tend to be larger or more efficient in those who regularly practice yoga. "The prefrontal cortex, a brain region just behind the forehead, is essential to planning, decision-making, multitasking, thinking about your options and picking the right option," Damoiseaux said. "The default mode network is a set of brain regions involved in thinking about the self, planning and memory."

The studies also find that the brain changes seen in individuals practicing yoga are associated with better performance on cognitive tests or measures of emotional regulation.

If you have ever practiced Yoga yourself, then you know the feeling of the three "R's". Relaxation, Refocusing, Recharged. It is a literal reset of our bodies systems, and it allows our minds to begin neccessary reprogramming with an aim of recalibrating to our Divine functions.
