Yoga is one of the most powerful habits a human being can adopt, and the impacts of a dedicated routine will last a lifetime. Yoga is Union with the Divine, with our Highest-Self. It gives us back the power. It should be understood that it is a Dharmic ritual, and be respected as so. Yoga is not (only) an exercise, it is the most efficient way to align ourselves to this existence - on every level.
