- 2 cups almond milk (or any other type of milk)

Serves: 2 Smoothies
Ingredients:
a single avocado
2 handfuls spinach leaves, rinsed
1 peeled, cored, and diced apple
mint leaves (about 2 teaspoons)
1 tablespoon peeled and coarsely chopped ginger
12 oz. lemon juice
2 quarts water
