MMR Vaccination and Autism Unfounded
Commentary Actress Jenny McCarthy and the rest of the anti-vaccination movement members (AVM) may not like to hear this particular fact: no evidence exists to verify the link between MMR vaccines and autism. In fact, in the minds of many scientists, researchers and special educators, this accusation has been proven wrong and many have moved on to other possible causes. Genetics and environmental factors are being sought as possible causes while the MMR/autism link has been rightfully discarded.

How to Protect Your Peace Without Logging Off Completely. AI-Generated.
I have a love-hate relationship with my phone. I love that I can call my mom while walking to the kitchen. I love that I can find a recipe, send a photo, or hear a friend's laugh from across the ocean.

Most Productive Mornings
Sleeping in. You wake up feel refreshed and like you had the best sleep of your life. You roll over glance at your clock, which your phone is charging at it's 10:30. That is the right amount of sleeping in. You get up and pour yourself coffee and sit on the back deck, you hover the hot steamy mug over your lips as you look out at the view. You drink it slowly and enjoy every waking moment of the this peace and quiet. After you reach the bottom of your mug, you step back inside and have that hot shower that smells of mint and eucalyptus and after getting out you realize it is 11:30 almost noon. Maybe you should have some breakfast, so you fry up and egg and pop some toast in the toaster, and you munch on it thinking about what you should do today. This life sounds so peaceful and quiet, some parents might describe this as the perfect day without children screaming or yelling. However, if you are childless like me this sounds like every Saturday morning.

Salt Bricks in Sauna Add Natural Element to Wellness
Those warm rooms tucked in homes or spas? People now line them with soft-hued stone pieces made of salt. Not just pretty to look at, these chunks lend a quiet depth to the air you breathe. Instead of plain wood walls, fingers run across textured layers that came from ancient sea beds. Heat opens their pores, releasing what some say eases tired lungs. While steam rises off hot stones, so do tiny particles from these rosy blocks. A touch old-world, yet showing up in modern retreats lately. Their color shifts under dim light - like sunset held still. More than surface charm, they play part in how the space feels.
