What are the best foods for healthy skin, probably not your go to snacks found at the corner store like chips and cookies. Have you ever struggled with acne, unwanted wrinkles, dry and scaly skin? It can be difficult to properly care for healthy skin despite all the demands we place on our skin in our everyday lives surely don’t help. Luckily, we can help ourselves by choosing foods with huge benefits to work with our cells instead of against them. A large majority of the foods that will help your skin seem brighter, younger, clearer are all foods found in nature and at our local grocery store. Skin care is, of course, a holistic responsibility, and it includes proper hydration with a strong cleansing routine. We, however, can make it a lot easier to attain healthier skin by just simply eating the right foods.

Positive Effects of a Horrible Lifestyle
Life is full of vices. If you go through your day, how many things do you do that you could probably do differently or better? Do you park as close as you can to where you need to go or do you give yourself the opportunity to take a bit of a walk? Do you purchase a candy bar from the vending machine or do you take the time to pack yourself some healthy snacks? Pick you nose when no one is watching? Pass gas when you think no one can hear or smell? So let's say that you do a whole a range of 'horrible things.' Let's say that you are the picture of 'sloth'....what would happen if you found out that some of the unhealthy things you do, could actually be pretty positive in the long term? That would probably make you feel much better about yourself and there is nothing wrong with that. So yell at your boss, put your feet up, unwrap that Twinkie and let's see how right all of your wrong doings actually are.

It’s been nine minutes and your alarm goes off for the second time. You hit that little magic snooze button once more and after another nine minutes, your alarm sounds again, like an air horn in your ear. Each time you close your eyes with a sigh of relief and say in your head, “These nine minutes are really going to make my day better.” After the fourth or fifth snooze, you hop out of bed in a rush and grab your clothes and your work bag, stop at the local coffee drive through for a large coffee, a greasy breakfast wrap and fried hash browns and speed hastily on your way to work. At your desk, you turn on your computer, scarf down your breakfast and immediately feel tired. We're all getting older, which is not news. But we're doing it with more resistance, resentment and reluctance then at any other time in human history. And we're worrying about it sooner. My children are constantly asking after my health. They think I eat terribly. On most counts they are right. Bottom line is my kids are more health conscious, at 20 then I was at 40. Ironically science says that the additional worrying they are doing is not in their best interest health wise. Acting your age has become a most ambiguous conundrum.
