You yourself as much as any anyone in the entire universe deserve your own love and affection.

As we all live our daily lives, we all face many circumstances and battle through many hardships; losing faith in all corners sometimes drains our mind, body, and soul. Every moment of life is meaningful. Every person you encounter has an important reason to be in your life. Everything you can see, wherever you are, is full of deeper significance and meaning. The creation of this world, everything around you, is naturally in perfect harmony with who you are and what you think and feel.

Like many human beings, in over three years of living personal trials, including errors as well as many successes, I have discovered that nothing comes close to the life-altering effects of consciousness. Nothing more but through practicing meditation and pure devotion. In this article, I am going to attempt to convince you that this is true. The power of prayer and meditation in our lives is often known to be essential in our overall health. Prayer remains the spiritual power tool of choice for those attempting to embrace consciousness.

In three years of living personal trials, including many errors as well as many successes, I have discovered that nothing comes close to the life altering effects of conscious contact with our inner soul through practicing meditation, conscious eating, and giving; living awake, aware, and conscious. I am going to attempt to convince you that this is true, then point you to a direct source. Unhappiness and depression are found in our daily lives when we're being judged and when we're going through hardships. It takes discovering the remedy for becoming conscious to remove that frightening desire to give up in life and lose hope. In the course of that discovery, we always get around to discussing conscious contact with the ultimate truth.

What is Consciousness?

Consciousness is nothing more than being aware of your thoughts. In each moment during the day that you are awake and aware, everything changes. Your present and your future. You are no longer making decisions, but moving through each new moment effortlessly without deciding. There is no need to become involved in decision-making because each new option before you becomes clear. It is a confident lifestyle.

How do we endeavor consciousness? How do we improve in it?

I have learned that consciousness is when you feel the pain and happiness in all living things. It is something to experience. Endeavoring consciousness is not a course of study that can be memorized like school lessons. It is a liberated way of living in the stream of experiences we call life. We endeavor consciousness when we really sit back and think about the process that we make to allow negativity into our lives and realize how it has affected us and many others; it is when we allow ourselves to sit in a place of quiet refuge like near to a waterfall, the beach, or even a nature path, and allow ourselves to let our thoughts come naturally, focusing on our breathing while trying to picture god in our minds as your mind naturally starts to communicate with your inner soul. When we allow ourselves to pray sincerely, we sometimes tend to cry and feel so much pain, which means we are being conscious naturally without even knowing we are. When we embrace and give into our pain, it helps us to feel safe and confident. We worry no more because we have overpowered anger and greed.

How can you stay in a clear state of mind and stay connected to our soul?

Once you become connected to your inner soul for the first time, you will never be able to forget that moment. Having full faith and believing in yourself, allowing yourself to overpower anger and greed will help you to stay in tune. You are never alone in this world.

"Overcome your fears and you shall be detached from all negativity. Embrace your fear as you believe in yourself and witness the beauty of enlightenment as fear flies away." -Lao Tzu.
