It is not possible to achieve balance, peace and comfort if you do not have a prior and specific definition of it. The matter differs from one person to another, but there is a definition that everyone may agree on, and it is manifested that peace is that state that cannot be obtained and requested as much as it comes on its own as a result of a pattern A calm and stable life in many respects; That is, it is a summation of good behaviour in various fields and contexts.

If we want to talk about the most prominent things that may be on the list that may lead to peace and comfort, the following steps will be present and included:

  • Make sure to exercise for an hour every day.
  • Meditate for ten minutes daily.
  • Writing and writing down some thoughts to unload the brain from its tension.
  • Stay away from sources of anxiety such as bad news and annoying lighting emitted from the phone.
  • Take care of healthy food and good sleep.

When an individual adheres to such a daily routine, balance and comfort must seep into his conscience and his life in general. As we said, it is the result of improving several areas of life.

It's hard to hold more than one watermelon in one hand, and it's nearly impossible to get rest and balance if you have a busy schedule with multiple tasks to do all at once! It is difficult physically, how is it psychological? There must be a prioritisation and a table that shows what is urgent and what is not urgent. What is important and what is less important, and so on.

The brain can deal with many situations, pressures and variables, but the consequences that lie in that will be dire, especially in the long run. Productivity will decrease more and more, and this will lead to a slow attrition, similar to a cold war within the body itself!

There must be order, regularity, and prioritisation. Multitasking is not good for self safety and reaching a point of balance.

Excessive saying yes and accepting all the projects that come to you and the desire to accomplish on more than one side in order to strengthen and enhance the CV, and to prove experience for those you want to work for or with them, is something that may not be right, as a commitment to a clear and specific context in which you constantly grow is better than moving between crumbs From here and there and the instability in one place that calms your mind before your body, so how about the opposite!

A big part of stability and balance lies in getting used to the environment in which you work and building loving bonds based on cooperation and brotherhood, without exaggerating the urge to scatter on more than one platform and doing more of what you have to do in order to prove your advantage and entitlement. This naturally leads to stress and hits the stability process that it seeks to kill! Preventing you from reaching the equilibrium point!

Regular exercise contributes to the production of endorphins that are responsible for enhancing the body’s comfort and self-confidence, in addition to the fact that a healthy and balanced diet helps in adjusting the mood and relieving the burden imposed by bad systems on the body, so if there is a constant essential part for everyone looking for comfort, it is The importance of the body, diet, and keenness on a daily response of activity and good food. Then, as a result, rest and balance will come. When the body is happy, this is reflected in all the organs, and balance is achieved in its highest form.
