Liftid Neurostimulation is Training My Brain and Increasing My Productivity
I’m working smarter, not harder!
These days, everyone is looking for the next big thing to make their lives more productive.
If you’re like me, you’re busy, ambitious, driven and trying your best to maximize your time. I’ve been passionate about health and fitness for years, and one thing that I especially love about my fitness regime is how great it makes me feel, both mentally and physically. This is why I’ve chosen a career path where I’m able to help others feel better as well!
Many people don’t know why I turned to health and fitness as a career. In 2012, I was hospitalized after I had an allergic reaction to alcohol. I remember getting different tests done on my heart and felt completely helpless. It was in that moment that I decided to do everything in my power to help recover, and live a cleaner life. I started eating healthier, training consistently, and using different recovery techniques. I tried deep tissue massages, cupping, cryotherapy, infrared saunas, breathwork, and more. Since then, I’ve had a special interest in trying out new ways to feel like my best self.

Performing at a high level is key for me.
Typically, when people think about what you need to be more productive, you will hear things like “I need my caffeine fix” or “I just need more sleep.” While there’s nothing wrong with either of these, I was curious to try something entirely new.
I read an article about tDCS and was immediately curious to learn more about brain stimulation.
The concept of mild electrical stimulation was intriguing to me. That’s when I came across a device called Liftid Neurostimulation. Like most people would be, I was pretty skeptical about trying this new brain stimulator. I mean, how much could this device really help me improve my productivity? Is it safe? I had a lot of questions on my mind.
Liftid uses a technology called “transcranial direct current stimulation” also known as tDCS, which is supported by over 5,000 scientific studies. By using Liftid and tDCS, you are training your brain to work more efficiently while performing a task. This induces neuroplasticity, which is your brain’s way of adapting and learning over time. tDCS is actually very good for your brain and can help improve focus, memory and give you a boost of energy!
Setting up Liftid was a breeze!
You wear it on your forehead for 20 minutes once a day. The stimulation is light and tingles, but you get used to it, especially when you are busy focusing on your task. The first time I used the device, I decided to read a book while Liftid went to work, and immediately after my stimulation session, I noticed that I felt more alert and was able to focus even better than usual.
I’ve been using Liftid daily, and my favorite times to use it are right before I begin a sweat session at the gym, or right before I head into work, so I can be more productive. I love that Liftid is portable and I can wear it and take it anywhere..
Another thing about me, I have never been a coffee drinker. It always upset my stomach, made me crash, and I would feel more dehydrated. So, I’m always on the lookout for new things to try as a midday pick-me-up. I love that with the Liftid device, I’m actually able to get other things done while I use it, like stretching or reading. After just a quick 20 minute session, I feel more energized and am able to multitask. That’s been a real game-changer for me.
The main differences I’ve noticed since I started using Liftid is mainly my memory and my productivity.
Most people know me as being a positive and motivated person, but I feel like since using Liftid my cognitive abilities have been elevated to a higher level. It feels like my memory has gotten worse over the years, so it is nice to feel reassured that it can still be improved. Another thing I have started to notice since using the Liftid brain stimulator is that my drive has increased, I want to do more and be more productive throughout my day.
Whether you’re looking to enhance your performance as an athlete or need some extra energy and focus, without taking a chemical stimulant, I highly recommend giving Liftid a try. I’m a huge believer in working smarter, not harder, and this new technology is an exciting new way to maximize your days.
