I’ve been passionate about health and fitness for years, and one thing that I especially love about my fitness regime is how great it makes me feel, both mentally and physically. Many people don’t know why I turned to health and fitness as a career. In 2012, I was hospitalized after I had an allergic reaction to alcohol. I remember getting different tests done on my heart and felt completely helpless. It was in that moment that I decided to do everything in my power to help recover, and live a cleaner life. I started eating healthier, training consistently, and using different recovery techniques. I tried deep tissue massages, cupping, cryotherapy, infrared saunas, breathwork, and more. Performing at a high level is key for me.

Typically, when people think about what you need to be more productive, you will hear things like “I need my caffeine fix” or “I just need more sleep.” While there’s nothing wrong with either of these, I was curious to try something entirely new.

I read an article about tDCS and was immediately curious to learn more about brain stimulation.

The concept of mild electrical stimulation was intriguing to me. That’s when I came across a device called Liftid Neurostimulation. Like most people would be, I was pretty skeptical about trying this new brain stimulator. I mean, how much could this device really help me improve my productivity? Is it safe? I had a lot of questions on my mind.

The first time I used the device, I decided to read a book while Liftid went to work, and immediately after my stimulation session, I noticed that I felt more alert and was able to focus even better than usual.

I’ve been using Liftid daily, and my favorite times to use it are right before I begin a sweat session at the gym, or right before I head into work, so I can be more productive. I love that Liftid is portable and I can wear it and take it anywhere..

Another thing about me, I have never been a coffee drinker. It always upset my stomach, made me crash, and I would feel more dehydrated. The main differences I’ve noticed since I started using Liftid is mainly my memory and my productivity.

    Informative article, thank you. The only exercises where I would be happy to spend at least 1-2 hours on at a time are yoga and walking. This comes across as being a good life hack.
