Ashtanga yoga

In Ashtanga yoga you have to practice a continuous sequence of several yogasanas. During this practice you have to hold your breath under a special technique, which helps to keep the flow of breath in your mind and body centered.

Iyengar Yoga

In Iyengar yoga, yogasanas are practiced in a fine and slow manner. Which makes it quite useful for people starting yoga. In this yoga type you can use belts, blocks and pillows to keep your yoga postures right . Development of this yoga K. s. Iyengar did. Which balances the flexibility and strength in the body through the straightness of your body.

Power yoga

Power yoga is a fairly challenging type of yoga involved. In this, you need a lot of physical strength, speed and stamina . In this type of yoga, yoga practices of Ashtanga yoga are practiced, which increase strength, balance and flexibility of the upper body. If you are practicing yoga for the first time, then start it slowly in the beginning.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini yoga is more associated with spirituality. It consists of activating the Kundalini energy circulating in the body with the help of Yogasanas, breathing techniques, meditation and pronunciation, which are located in the base of your spine.

Vikram Yoga

Vikram Yoga is sometimes called Hot Yoga, which was developed by Vikram Chaudhary. In this yoga type, 26 challenging yogasanas are practiced in a room by heating it to a certain degree. By practicing this yoga, toxins are removed from your body, which are released through sweat .

Tadasana is a very simple asana. The effect of this yoga body on all the muscles of the body and if done properly, your body becomes flexible. With this, your physical pain can also be removed. This asana works on your nervous system, digestive system and respiratory tract, so that it is regular. With the help of this Yogasana, your immunity system is strengthened.

Tree plantation

This yogasana helps in strengthening the spinal cord, thereby improving physical balance. By practicing Vriksasana daily, flexibility and immunity can be increased in the body along with physical balance.

Utkatasan

Utkatasana is also called Chair Pose. This yogasana is very powerful, because all the parts of the body are used in it. The body needs stamina and strength to become an imaginary chair . Doing this daily makes your body powerful and it has the most effect on the lower part of the body.

Matsyasan

This yoga body makes the waist and stomach strong. Matsyaan helps to increase the flexibility of the spine. Apart from this, your immunity also improves. By doing this Yogasana daily, the body can stay away from many physical problems.
