If you eat a balanced diet, you can limit the rate at which your body makes new protein. Take as many calories as you need in a day and divide by six. This is almost the number you should take every time you eat. Make sure that you include the amount of protein - that is, about 20 grams - after every 3 hours.

Exercising the right way to build body in the gym

To build a body, you should do full body exercises, which you can do in this way.

1) push session

In the push session you will exercise to build your chest, shoulders and triceps . In this you can include dumbbell bench press, dumbbell lateral rage, flame-cable cross-over and cable rope triceps press-down, etc.

2) bridge session

In pull session, you can do late pull-down, wide seat row, EZ-bar preacher curl, EZ-bar upright raw, cable bar biceps curl and cable face pool etc. These six movements are helpful for strengthening abs and chest.

3) for the shoulders

Work out for the shoulders five days a week. For this, you can do exercises like overhead shoulder press, front delta dumbbell rage, one-arm incline lateral rage, front deltaoid cable rage, side deltaoid cable rage, single leg calf rises, standing calf rises.

4) Abs

Use these exercises to make abs in the gym like Kettlebell Goblet Squat, Kettlebell Planck Drag, Gym Ball Weighted Crunch Reach, Gym Ball Weighted Russian Twist, Hanging Knee Rage, Hanging Knee Rage Twist etc.

5) chest

Exercise for chest in gym like incline dumbbell bench press, incline dumbbells, dumbbell pool-over, high-cable cross-over, cable strut-arm pool-down, incline press-up.

Body building is a long process, which you can achieve with your willpower and hard work. You may have to make several changes in your workout to make muscles. For which your trainer can help you.
