Prevention Measure can be:-
Start Focusing on which you are Interested: In order to prevent sleep, you must make sure that you are interested in what you are doing! So if you are not interested in what you are doing; then
- One option you have is switching to a different activity or a task.
- Or making an interest in that task, like for example if you have a document which your need to understand you can even understand if it has an image so you first go through the all images if it is found interesting then eventually you start understanding it
Drink Water:
- Try drinking water sip by sip.
- Drinking plenty of water will make your brain cells active and improve your concentration.
- Hence always have a water bottle on your table and drink a lot when you feel like sleeping.
Watch a video or play game for a moment:
This would work most of the time because these need focus and concentration so it will help you to bring them to you.
Try Whenever you feel like sleeping, you should immediately do an activity that makes curious to you. for example, open the color Game on a cell phone and play for a while. When you realize that the
sleep is gone, then you need to continue your work.
You also have an option to watch video shorts that makes you feel better and then continue to your activity.
Try to walk for a moment. This will enable you to be physically active and completely avoids sleep.
Talk for a moment: If you talk for a bit your senses become active and this will completely eliminate the feeling of sleep.
Start writing something: Just try to write something on paper by holding a pen tightly.
Wet your face or eyes: It is also a good idea to wash your face.
Give Your Eyes a Break: Continuous fixation on a computer screen or any other thing can cause eyestrain and worsen sleepiness and fatigue. Look away from the screen or that thing for a few minutes periodically to relax your eyes.
Take a little nap: Nap is a short sleep, especially during the day.
Sleeping lightly or briefly, especially during the day. Many people take a nap on the beach in the afternoons, it has many advantages.
The best nap lengths for adults are 20 - 90 minutes. And 10-20 minute naps are also referred to as power naps. These short naps allow you to wake up feeling refreshed, energized and alert.
Taking a nap at night is fine if you work the night shift or you are on a nontypical work schedule. Stick to the same 20-30 minute nap only.
If you can't nap, try resting quietly with your eyes closed for 10 minutes will also work.
Have some snacks: Eating a small amount of food or candies.
Breath in and Breath out slowly: Deep breathing raises blood oxygen levels in the body. This slows your heart rate, lowers blood pressure, and improves circulation, ultimately aiding mental performance and energy.
Do exercise or Stretch your body
Look at a bright light or outside
Eye exercise
Think about your past life, happy moments, or funny talk you had with your friends or family.
Another way is to think about what your goal is and how you want to accomplish, sometimes this motivation takes you higher, it will not just wake you from sleep, also from your inner.
