Why immunity is weak:-

Boost immunity in this way

(1) The diet should contain a sufficient amount of antioxidants. Antioxidants repair healthy cells and reduce the effects of age while maintaining health. Beta-carotin, selenium, vitamin-A, vitamin-B2 and B6, vitamin-C, vitamin-E, vitamin-D, etc. are the most important for strengthening immunity. Carrots, spinach, beets, tomatoes, cauliflower, apricots, barley, brown rice, sweet potato, orange, papaya, almonds, milk, yogurt, mushrooms, gourd seeds, sesame, etc. are useful for replenishing these elements. Especially include green vegetables and fruits in the diet.

(2) Thirst seems less during the winter season, but remember to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.

Emblica strengthens immunity:-Amla is beneficial for hair and eyes because it contains a high amount of vitamin C. Apart from this, it helps in strengthening the immunity of the body so that the strength to fight against diseases remains. You can also take Amla juice or gooseberry jam.

Green Tea:- Green tea is very beneficial for health as well as helps to strengthen immunity. You can start your morning with green tea because it contains a good amount of antioxidants. Keep in mind that only two cups of green tea should be consumed in a day because consuming too much can cause harm.

Eating oats:- Often people like to include oats in food to lose weight because there are enough fibers in it. Along with this, it also has an anti-microbial property that increases your immunity. Therefore, include oats in your breakfast daily and strengthen immunity.

Yogasana & pranayama
