Meditation is the most effective and easy way to eliminate your anxiety, fear, negative thoughts, and stress. You had found it effective if you had tried it before. There are many types of mediations in which body poses and focusing themes vary. During meditation, your whole body is relaxed and your mind is also relaxed. You are completely focused on a single point like your heartbeat and you do not have any other thoughts in your mind. It enhances the concentration power and prevents memory loss.

Self-improvement is better than a physician

Drugs increase the level of dopamine in your brain that are given by the physician to treat your depression. Dopamine creates the feeling of happiness when released in the brain. So, depression reduces after regular use of these drugs but these are not permanent solutions. You should personally improve yourself rather than the medications. We can improve our personality more effective as compare to any other helper because we know our problem and its solution better.

Meditation is more effective than medicines

It is scientifically proved that mediation on dairy bases has improved positive thinking, motivation, spirit, happiness, and kindness. Kindness shows our good behavior, positive attitude, and inspiration. When we are depressed then we don't want to talk to people or help any other people. Meditation is an initial step towards a healthy and stress-free lifestyle.

Regular mediation of about 15-25 minutes is very effective. Sometimes our thinking and focusing power have reduced due to daily stress. So, in this case, mediation helps in enhancing these powers. People who meditate regularly have a better idea about the health benefits of meditation. It is better to perform meditation twice a day; morning and evening.

When acute stress is not treated at early stages……..

Any disease is not chronic at the initial stages but it becomes when it is not treated. Mental pain is more horrible and hectic than physical pain. Sometimes, mental pain is the main reason behind physical pain. Our acute stress is converted into chronic depression and at this stage; it becomes difficult to treat without the help of a physician. We should prevent this situation.

“Your goal is not to battle with the mind, but to witness the mind.”

Swami Muktananda

How mediation is performed?

Always try to practice it in a noise-free and calm environment. Try to decide places for you that are peaceful and comfortable for your sitting. Close your eyes and try to relax. Thoughts are come into your brain and don’t try to avoid them at the started moment. Your mind started to become relaxed and peaceful after a certain time. Then you will become happy and want to remain in this phase for some time. You will feel these changes in your life when you meditate regularly.

Your mode will remain good and you will talk effectively to other people.

Your sleeping problems will resolve and you will sleep comfortably during the whole night.

Your concentration power will increase and your social life becomes better.

Your physical diseases will cure that are the results of mental problems.

You will cope with stress effectively and your attention level will increase.

Your relationships will turn towards positivity and your problems will end towards solution-oriented approaches.

But you don’t mediate if……..

Meditation is not suitable for many people. It creates huge problems if you are in trauma or affected by certain bad past experiences.

Suppose a person has lost his beloved one then meditation is not effective for him because a lot of thoughts come into his mind when he sits alone to meditate. So if the same case is with you then it destroys your mental condition instead of improving it. You should take advice from your consultant.

“Meditation is like a gym in which you develop the powerful mental muscles of calm and insight.”
