It is a healthy Indonesian food that is very famous besides Pecel rice which is typical of the island of Java

It is a food in the form of a mixture of vegetables that are boiled, then sliced, then added with tempeh, tofu and crackers, then drizzled with peanut sauce.

History of Gado- gado
