Juices are great for our health, especially when cooked properly. The more natural juices you drink, the more nutrients you will have, being a simpler and faster way to get your daily vegetable intake.

The juice will penetrate directly into the bloodstream, accompanied by a large dose of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that will give you extra energy and vitality.

Of course, there are some tricks for those who want to enjoy the benefits of juices to the fullest. It's not a difficult process at all, but you have to arm yourself with patience and ... time.

Even if you have to wake up a little early in the morning, keep in mind that this is well worth it.

What are the most common mistakes made by those who make their own juices?

1. TOO MUCH FRUIT AND VEGETABLES. The juice is excellent for those who want to take their daily portion of nutrients, in the context in which it enters directly into the bloodstream.

It is as if our body is receiving a vaccine with vitamins, minerals, and enzymes. One of the most common mistakes made by juice makers is that they put too much fruit in their fresh juices. Even if the fruits are full of vitamins and minerals, they also expose the body to a large amount of sugar, in the form of fructose.

As Dr. Mercola, present in the documentary Hungry For Change, put it, "fructose is not our friend, quite the contrary. It speeds up the aging process, so it is good to limit its consumption, especially in juices."

Of course, that doesn't mean you can't add some fruit to your vegetable juices to give them a better flavor, but too much fructose can upset your blood sugar. This is not recommended at all, especially for people with diabetes and candida.

If it is difficult for you to drink vegetable juices, try adding a little lemon or lime, it will completely change the taste of your drink.

2. YOUR JUICE IS NOT ... GREEN. To prepare a healthy juice, the secret is to add plenty of green vegetables to each serving. Green juices are rich in nutrients, they produce chlorophyll, which helps oxygenate your body.

This helps to detoxify and cleanse the body, improves blood circulation, etc. This way, you will feel better than ever and have more energy. Also, vegetables will not increase blood sugar or insulin levels, as is the case with fruits and sweet vegetables (carrots and beets).

It would be best to indulge in sweet vegetable juices from time to time, and the rest of the time you should eat the green ones. One of the best "greens" for your juice would be Romaine salad. It is very tasty, so you will be surprised by its taste. It would be best to vary the vegetables so as not to get bored.

3. DRINK THE GREEN JUICE ON AN EMPTY STOMACH. If you want to take full advantage of the healthy properties of the juice, you'd better drink it on an empty stomach (or at least half an hour before a meal). Why is this done?

This way, your body will be able to better absorb the nutrients from the juice, and your body will "spend" a very small amount of energy on digestion. Of course, juice may not be the equivalent of a meal, but it is an additional bonus, necessary for your body. It would be best to drink this juice in the morning, on an empty stomach, and after about half an hour you can eat.

4. HURRY IN THE COLD. If you are in doubt and do not know whether to buy a cold-pressed juicer or a centrifugal one, find out that the first option is by far the best.

Not only is the juice produced by such devices of superior quality, but you will also be able to obtain a larger quantity! Even if at the beginning you will have to invest a larger amount of money, later you will see that it was worth the investment.

A cold press juicer squeezes all the best from your fruits and vegetables, instead of forcibly separating the juice from the vegetable pulp, as do the classic, centrifugal ones. Cheaper juices can also introduce heat and oxygen during the process. In this way, the enzymes and nutrients in fruits and vegetables are quickly destroyed.

Of course, you don't have to worry about that. If you do not have such an expensive device, do not worry, it is better to use the centrifugal one than not to prepare juices at all, these being very important for the health of your body.

5. YOU NEED A FRESH DRINK. As you can see, juices are a real heavenly hand for our body, in the context in which the body will quickly benefit from vitamins and nutrients. So it's worth the effort and waking up 15 minutes earlier than usual.

But there is a condition: you have to drink these fresh juices, you don't have to wait more than 15-20 minutes, otherwise the air and light will destroy a large part of the nutrients, and the antioxidants will start to "lose" the power they originally had. So it is not a good idea to prepare a very large amount of juice, to consume it in a few days ...

If you happen to run out of juice, try to store it in a special container and consume it in a maximum of 24 hours. It may not be as effective as freshly squeezed juice, but you can be sure that you will get a healthy dose of vitamins.

6. THE JUICE IS NOT CLEAN. During the juice preparation process, the fibers are removed from the fruits and vegetables, and you will be able to easily absorb the nutrients. The less pleasant part is that you will also have all the pesticides and chemicals that today's vegetables and fruits contain.

If you can't afford organic food, try to find out which fruits and vegetables contain a huge number of pesticides and avoid them, at least. It would be best to find local producers, from whom to buy vegetables, at a reasonable price.

7. JUICE SHOULD NOT BE DRUNK TOO FAST. As I mentioned earlier, it is recommended that fresh juice be drunk in a short time, but that does not mean you have to overdo it.

Juices are not shots of tequilla, so try to drink them wisely, feeling their flavor at the same time. In this way, you will put the digestive enzymes to work, and they will start working to digest the juice as soon as possible.

So, take some time to enjoy your vegetable juice. Drink it in a state of detachment and remember that our digestive system is very sensitive. When you rush to drink or eat as soon as possible, your body will be in a state of struggle and this can compromise the digestive process, so give yourself a moment of peace when you enjoy your juices.

8. YOU MUST DRINK JUICE. Don't try to avoid them, it's the biggest nonsense. if you already know that they are good for you, their benefits are unlimited, do not let carelessness or laziness get in your way. If you haven't already started making juices, it's time to start!

If it could, your body would thank you for the good things it offers: minerals, essential fatty acids, carbohydrates, protein, and much more.

Fruit and vegetable juices should be part of your daily ritual, your immune system will become stronger and you will be fitter than ever.

If you want to include as many vegetables and fruits in your diet, you can be sure that juices are the ideal solution.

And don't settle for the "fresh" juices you find in stores. Only fresh ones are not ... and most of the time they have added sugar.

Prepare your own juices and enjoy their benefits, it is worth investing time and money in this simple activity.
