Easy arms exercise to tone arms

No matter how fit you are, if the skin of the arm is loose and hanging, then your fitness is incomplete. So today we are going to tell you some such arms exercises that you can ton your arms. Muscles of arms can also become strong with the help of arms exercise.

Causes of flabby arms?

There may be two reasons behind the hanging and thumping of the skin of the arm. The first is increasing age. With aging, the elasticity of the skin starts decreasing due to which the skin hangs loosely. The second reason is too much fat accumulation. So if you want perfect and toned arms, then you have to tighten the skin thinner and this will be done by exercising the arms.

Arms Exercise:

1. triceps dips

Stand near the sofa, chair or bed, keep in mind that your back should be on their side. Taking both your hands from behind, make a grip on them and keep the legs straight and go down from the waist. In this cushion, move your body slowly down until the elbow makes a 90 degree angle. Pressure is to be maintained on the arm, then push the body upwards. Do this continuously till 30 count. When exercising triceps dips arms, pay attention to your triceps.

2. Downward Dog

This exercise of arms tones your arms. Make V shape upside down , for this, move your ankles down and press and spread your hands on the ground. Your spine should be aligned parallel to the ground when you bend down. Put the weight on the ankles with the help of arms. Keep in mind that during this arms exercise, the back should be straight.

3. triceps extension

Lie on the ground with knees bent and hold a weight of 1 kg with both your hands. Lift the weight directly above your chest and try to touch the ground while carrying it above the head. During this time your elbows should touch the ground through the side of the head. Now come back to the previous position with the weight and repeat this workout 15 times.

4. Prayer Pose

Stand upright, slightly raise your hips and keep your hands in the side. Look in front and with both your hands straight above the head, join the palms and stand in such a way that you are praying or saying hello. Then bring the hands down, relax and repeat it again, count to 30 and then come down.

5. Sideways floor push

Lie on the ground with your sides. Move your left leg slightly backward while extending your right leg diagonally from the hip. Tie the left arm around the body and pressurize it while keeping the right hand on the ground and try to lift the body. Do not lock the elbow, then slowly lower the body. Change position after 24 repeats. This exercise of arms is very effective.

6. Arms Circle

This exercise targets your shoulders, biceps and triceps. Stand upright and extend your arms up to 90 degrees bringing the body to the side. Then rotate the arm in a circle, rotate it as many times as possible, then rotate it in the opposite direction. Repeat this 2 more times.

7. Bent Over Row

Stand with the feet slightly outward from the shoulders and take weight in both hands. Bend forward slightly and stick both elbows to the side of the body. Keep the spine perfectly straight and head forward. Taking a deep breath, lift the weight forward towards the chest, keep the core muscles tight and the back muscles straight and stay in this position for one second and then lower the weight. Then repeat until repeat count 25.

8. Diamond Press-Ups

Diamond press-up is one of the best exercises for strengthening the arm . This workout can be done easily. This workout can be done as a pushup. During the diamond press-up exercise, lift the body upward by placing the palms of both hands on the ground and putting pressure. Do this process in sets of 10–10. 9. Moving Planks

Moving planks are extremely effective in shaping the upper part of the arms. This arms exercise can be done by sitting down easily. Do not fast the moving planks exercises fast. Women can also do this arms exercise.

10. Uptake Row

Upright Row Workout is very helpful in making the upper back, shoulders and arms strong. To do this workout, do it by holding dumbbells and standing straight on your feet. You can also do this workout by lying down. Lie on the mat and take dumbbells in both hands. Now slowly move the hands from your chest towards the upright (upward) and then bring it back towards the chest.

11. Butterfly Arms Exercise

Butterfly arms exercise is considered one of the easiest workouts. With this, not only the arms but the whole body can be curved. To do this, stand upright and join the fingers of both hands with the shoulder. After doing this, rotate in clock and anti clock direction. Do this workout 10 to 12 times daily.

With the help of arms exercise, you can strengthen biceps and triceps , but you also need to pay special attention to your diet. So do include the following foods in your diet. like:-

1. Make breakfast healthy . Morning breakfast is considered important to keep the body fit.

2. Include protein-rich foods in your diet daily.

3. Distinguish from sweet foods or beverages.

4. Get into the habit of drinking as much water as possible .

5. Make it a habit to drink shoup in the daily diet.

6. Eat green vegetables and seasonal fruits daily.

7. Almonds should also be consumed in dry fruits .
