Tap Stress Away With EFT

It is hard to think "coronavirus" and not feel stress. Some of us are worried about catching it, some are worried about money, their jobs, or how they can financially recover, many have lost loved ones, and too many are stuck at home with an abuser. It is a hotpot of stress, and I hope this will help.

First of all, catching it worry. Now, I am not a nutritionist, but any consultation with a health food shop, whether in-person or online, will guide you towards supplements that improve your immunity. I have personally upped my Vitamins C, D, and Bs, and the mineral zinc, since that is what helps me personally against flus and colds and is according to the nutritional consultations I have undertaken.

If you have already had the coronavirus, well done for beating it, by the way!

Money is the next thing on so many people's minds. Make sure you apply for any help you can get. If this is not available to you, do not suffer in silence. Speak to relatives and friends, your landlord or your mortgage lender, your bank, or any charities that can help. I have noticed some of my clients were worried about money simply because they did not know what solutions were available to them. So make sure you ask, ask and ask again.

If you are stuck with an abusive partner, please reach out. A phone call to your local police station can reveal a number of organisations that you can approach for help. There may be more help available than you realise. I also advise my clients to find out where they legally stand, by booking an initial consultation with a lawyer. lawyers are available online with the greatest of ease, so do not delay that consultation till you can see someone in person.

If you have lost a loved one in these tragic circumstances, please consider engaging the services of a therapist who can help you. Social distancing has taken away much of the way we get support, and so many hugs from friends. An online therapist can help you grieve under these unprecedented circumstances.

Of course, many stresses are about having to lose money on a pre-booked holiday, using up all the savings, putting on some weight being stuck indoors, or having to queue a long time for the groceries shopping, to name a just a few. And please bear in mind this very important message: this whole thing will be over once an effective vaccine is available for everyone. Great efforts are going worldwide in this direction, and it may be available to all in January 2021. Some say even earlier, whilst others say it may be a bit later. In any case, it will happen. And no mater what side you are on with regards to vaccines, the good news is that this whole coronavirus mess will be over when we have a vaccine, and that vaccine is not too far away.

In the meantime, we are learning many positive things. For example, many people and firms are learning how to work effectively from home, thereby reducing pollution. We are learning how to buy less clothes, make meals from scratch, and appreciate each other. I do hope we will keep some of the good habits and learnings from this period going forward.
