Usually, when something is "off", the first signal comes first in the energy body, when we experience emotional and psychic symptoms.

If these symptoms are not dealt with in the energy body, they turn into physical symptoms.

If you have the following 6 symptoms, it means that the energy of the chakra has been stagnant. Come and check it!

backache

Back pain in any part of the upper, middle, or lower back, not caused by physical trauma or repeated physical stress, can be a relevant warning sign of chakra health.

Pain levels can range from chronic, dull pains that cause back muscles to tighten, to acute, sharp tingling that limits the range of motion.

Upper Back

Affected chakras: throat chakra, heart chakra

Sometimes, when we don’t speak our hearts, or we are experiencing pain in our hearts, we are threatened with preventing us from loving ourselves, or we are facing difficulties in loving others, the mental tension caused by this is actually manifested physically in the upper back muscles. tightness or pain.

We can also feel isolated, unloved or withdrawn from loving.

Medium height

Affected chakras: Heart chakra, solar plexus chakra

We may experience tightness or pain in the middle back muscles when we experience love-related issues, such as feeling unloved, clinging to past pain, or feeling challenged in power.

Sometimes pain arises because we are trapped in our past emotions and feel guilty and tormented by the situation we have caused by our words and actions.

Lower Back

Affected chakras: navel chakra, root chakra

We may often experience tightness or pain in the lower back muscles when we feel our abundance, intimacy, free creative expression are challenged, our emotions are withdrawn or unaddressed, and we have issues with survival and basic needs.

Back pain (which is not due to physical trauma) is especially common when we feel financially isolated.

hip pain

Affected Chakras: Navel Chakra

Problems such as tightness, tension, muscle spasms or pain in the hip, if not caused by physical trauma or excessive exercise in the area, are usually related to the navel chakra.

The hips are often exposed to many unexpressed emotions, which are mostly unprocessed or avoided.

Since the navel chakra is where all kinds of emotions are located, when you don't respect your own feelings about a situation, it will cause the navel chakra to be out of balance.

Additionally, if we feel problematic expressing healthy sexuality, especially sex-related shame (another sign of an imbalance in the navel chakra), this can also lead to tightness or pain in the hip.

Thyroid abnormalities

Affected Chakra: Throat Chakra

The throat chakra is concerned with telling the truth about oneself.

We respect our throat chakra when we say what we really think, when we express our true feelings, and when we communicate in a way that is consistent with who we really are.

If an abnormality in the neck, such as a thyroid imbalance, lacks a direct medical explanation, it is most likely an imbalance in the throat chakra.

Often we may force ourselves to be silent about the trauma of an experience (such as abuse) or about something we feel unable to express.

Even if the thyroid abnormality is not caused by trauma, it may just be a symptom of having a lot to say but habitually keeping quiet.

If these thyroid abnormalities are the result of past abuse, heal and release their deep-seated pain.

Talking about yourself with others is often a very effective way to start with sharing your own story, which can be healing.

In the next article, we will check whether your chakras are OFF from the other three symptoms?
