Seven Key Chakra's.

Chakras, derived from Hindu Sanskrit C̣akra, meaning 'wheels', which consist of a number of psychic energy centres in our body. Even if you find you aren't spiritual, Chakras can be used as a tool or guide to understand each aspect of your spiritual self, in areas such as, acceptance, letting go, gratitude, guilt and forgiveness. Just like energy each Chakra can be positive or negative, balanced or imbalanced, blocked or unblocked. As I discuss the Chakras I will suggest how to unblock any trapped energy, take time to think about the questions asked. Iv added this for you to explore your Chakras in more depth.

Earth Chakra

The Root Chakra is the fundamental foundation of every tree, each house needs a foundation to be built securely. The deep Red Root Chakra is located at the base of spine. Positively balanced you'll have a strong sense of security and feel grounded, when unbalanced you may find yourself feeling insecure and anxious. What are you most afraid of? Can you bring clarity to these fears? it's important to accept this aspect of yourself, it's human nature. Unblock this Chakra by letting go of fears that no longer serve to protect you, stopping you from moving forwards.

Water Chakra

When the Orange Sacral Chakra is balanced gratitude will flow in, since this Chakra is associated with pleasure you'll have an abundance of creativity, optimism and a passion for life. This Chakra is located in your lower abdomen. The opposition isn't so pleasant, with little creativity, low self esteem and lack of intimacy which we find is accumulated by guilt. Ask yourself, What do you blame yourself for? Unblocking this Chakra begins with accepting your faults, letting them go by forgiving yourself.

Fire Chakra

The Yellow Solar Plexus Chakra is the fire burning within you, when balanced you have control of your will, giving you confidence and a positive self image. The Solar Plexus is located below the ribs in centre of your chest. This Chakra is blocked by shame, making someone feel powerless, lacking esteem in themselves. What are your biggest disappointments and let downs? To recognise your human nature and accept the mistakes you've made, you'll be able to unblock this Chakra.

Heart Chakra

Heart Chakra is particularly important, dealing with love, having a balanced heart will leave you compassionate, peaceful, warm and open to others. The Green Heart Chakra is located in the centre of the chest. The heart becomes unbalanced when grieving. Whether a loss of a relative, friendship or career. Grief can be bitter, hateful, lacking trust and empathy leading to isolation. Releasing the pain of loss unblocks your Chakra, ask your self, what loss you can't you let go of? Love is everlasting even if the individual has gone.

Sound Chakra

The Blue Throat Chakra found in the throat, associated to the truth, when balanced self expression through communication comes naturally. This Chakra becomes blocked when liying to ourselves about our human nature, perhaps behaviours that remain in denial. When blocked communication is difficult and feelings of been misunderstood arise. Lying to yourself about the way you are isn't sustainable its important to accept yourself, the way you are. To unblock this Chakra is allowing yourself to live in your true essence and speak freely. Ask yourself what lies you tell yourself daily, and why?

Light Chakra

The Indigo Third Eye deals with insight, found in the centre of your forehead, to balance this Chakra we must interpret internal sensations just as relevant as the external stimuli. Seeing yourself in the world, and the world in you. This acceptance of One brings clarity to intuition, thoughts and imagination. When out of balance and blocked by illusion of separation, lack of judgement and focus can be experienced or poor imagination.

Thought Chakra

The Purple Crown Chakra associates to the energy of the universe, balancing this Chakra involves recognising your soul is a part of a larger universal energy, that we aren't bound by our physical body, we are an expression of consciousness experiencing itself. In Hinduism that is the atman, in his pursuit of samsara, birth and death, everything is temporary except the eternal soul. This Chakra is actually found outside the body, sat a couple inches above your head. When our crown is unbalanced, there is a lack of trust and faith in the divine, depression may be experienced. Meditation is a tool to balance this Chakra, leading to strong sense of faith, universal love, with a depth of understanding of the world.
