I agree with a statement:

Whether a man loves himself or not is determined by how he treats two things: a good meal and a good sleep.

Because no matter what happens, you should know how to strengthen your body and be kind to yourself.

Eating a good meal is the most basic attitude in life. But many people seem to ignore the "little thing" of sleeping. One third of the time is in the state of sleep, sleep can be said to be the source of vitality.

He who has time to sleep is in good health and can enjoy his food; A good night's sleep, must be a happy person, there is no trouble lingering in the heart;

A good sleep is the most important thing in life.

Most people have heard of IQ, eq, and actually sleep quotient.

"Don't love too much, don't stay up too late." Sleep first to enjoy life and plan your life. Sleep is the best investment.

Huffington, a writer, was a workaholic who prided herself on "sleeping less and doing more" until one day she discovered, to her exhaustion, that her high-intensity lifestyle was draining her.

She had to change her sleeping habits and start going to bed earlier, and after a while, she noticed that her overall mental state was much better. Work full of energy, career territory is becoming bigger and bigger.

Forgive before you go to bed, and you will wake up a new man:

As the saying goes, "Stay up late because you don't have the courage to finish the day. Stay up late because you don't have the courage to start the day."

Most of the time, the reason why I can't sleep is because I have worries or regrets about the day. I feel that I have wasted the day and still have many things to do.

But know that another all-nighter isn't going to change things immediately. Instead, what you should do is relax and get some sleep.
