Day 2
As soon as you wake up, drink a glass of lukewarm water.
Breakfast: A cup of oatmeal with a tablespoon of flax seed, a glass of milk or diet yogurt, green tea, pear.
Snack: Grapefruit.
Lunch: Vegetable stew (carrot, peas, onion, garlic, pepper, celery, tomato), 200g roasted chicken breast, 150g cucumber, a glass of water.
Snack: Apple and a glass of water.
Dinner: Grated carrot and beetroot salad with lemon juice, wholemeal bread, nettle tea.
Tiredness, under-eye bags, dry skin, lack of energy are some of the signs that indicate you need a body detox.
