Long Hot Bath

Taking a long, hot bath is one of the simplest and most relaxing nude activities that you can try to relieve stress. Especially after a very stressful or difficult day. Use aromatherapy oils and place candles around the bath to create a peaceful, stress-free environment to relieve and relax you when you need it most.

Nude Dancing

Dancing encourages the body to release happy hormones such as endorphins and dopamine, as well as the stress-relieving hormone serotonin. To increase the production of these hormones, dance naked instead. Whenever you are feeling anxious or stressed, strip down and turn up the music. Dance around the house or in your backyard if you are brave enough.

Nude Workout

Exercising is one of the best medicines for stress relief. If you really want to boost the stress-relieving power of exercise, try nude exercise instead. Ditch the workout gear and workout with no clothes on instead.

Skinny Dipping

Skinny dipping is the perfect nude activity to ease anxiety and to add some extra spice and fun to your life. If you have your own swimming pool at home, take afternoon dips in the pool in the nude. If you don't have your own swimming pool, you could find your nearest nude beach or nude recreation center. If not, you could just take a long dip in a bath full of cool water to shake off the day's stress.

Cuddle With Your Partner

Naked cuddling with your partner is one of the most effective ways of reducing anxiety. Your body produces a chemical compound or hormone called oxytocin when you connect skin to skin with someone you love or care about. Oxytocin is a pain reliever, a stress reliever and it builds emotional connection.

Whenever you are feeling a little low, get naked, and cuddle with your partner, experience the stress-relieving power of the skin to skin touch.

Nude Gardening

Dig up the weeds and plant some new flowers or shrubs, but don't forget to leave your boots on and take your clothes off. Stop stress by enjoying a spot of nude gardening.

Nude Spa Day

Book a spa day at a clothing-optional or nudist spa, or create a nude spa experience in the comfort of your own home instead.

Nude Alfresco Dining

Set up a garden picnic in your backyard or on your roof terrace. Enjoy an afternoon of alfresco nude dining.

Nude Reading

Remove feelings of stress and anxiety by reading your favorite books in the nude instead. Reading plucks you from the real world and places you into a whole new environment in your mind.

It releases stress and gives you time to focus on other things instead of focusing on negative emotions or stressful life situations.

Nude Writing

Writing is cathartic, writing in the nude will certainly enhance the therapeutic benefits of writing. The next time you feel like writing in your journal or pouring your heart out with a pen and paper, get naked and write until your heart is content.

Try some or all of the nude activities mentioned to help you to relieve stress and alleviate the symptoms associated with stressful living and anxiety. The beauty of nudism lies in its simplicity, most nude activities can be carried out free of charge too which is brilliant. Try some of these activities to relieve stress and eliminate feelings of low-confidence and low self-esteem.

Exercise in the nude, write in the nude, go swimming or play some sports. All these activities are great for your self-esteem and mental health.
