1. They remain calm. They talk slowly. They have control over emotions and thoughts. They don't care what people think about them. confidence does not come from reacting fast but from reacting slowly and articulated.

2. Feelings of security: Self-confidence; Feelings of security; Identity; Sense of belonging; Feeling of competence. It's easy to be confident when you are secure about your social ... And with more mental pictures of success, the more they have the feelings.

3. Good posture: Confident people also tend to have good posture. They stand up straight, with their shoulders back and their head held high.

4. They hold eye contact: THEY MAINTAIN EYE CONTACT. Keeping eye contact is one of the most typical actions of a confident individual. When you stare someone in the eyes, it conveys your point.

5. THEY ARE SELF-ASSURED.Confident people are also self-assured. They know their own strengths and weaknesses, and they are comfortable in their own skin. They do not feel the need to prove themselves to others or seek validation from external sources.

11. Resilience: They bounce back from setbacks, viewing failures as opportunities to learn and improve.

12. Empathy: Confident individuals show empathy and understanding toward others, creating positive and authentic connections.

14. Belief: they do not believe in themselves first, always have to believe in their creator to find utmost peace. peace brings about confidence.

15. Assertiveness: confident people tend to express their thoughts and opinions in a clear and direct manner without being aggressive or disrespectful

16. Openness to feedback: Confident people are willing to receive constructive feedback and use it to improve themselves and their overall performance

They conquer their past: most non-confident people think they deserve the past that hurt them and do not have the will to move forward or grow from it but people who look to build their confidence or have it do not worry about all this. They move far from their past and grow to change their future. they make sense and navigate through the past experiences

18. Construct a high-value skill: when you have a high-value skill it makes you value yourself and not let other people dictate value for them. Everyone has potential but everyone needs to turn that into expertise through practice, mastery overcome challenges.

19. Constant Learning: this is addictive when you feel alive and share in conversations and are always inclined to engage in a conversation and the feeling of not feeling stuck transforms how you genuinely feel about yourself.

20. Compassionate: when you are compassionate about yourself its realizing you can not always be right and realizing not be perfect all the time. the desire to know and learn more makes you hard but
