Without the proper resources, technology, and support, hybrid teams will fail. Start by encouraging staff to take advantage of remote days or a flexible schedule if your organisation affords them. Many firms offer remote work, but it is not encouraged by management, so employees are hesitant to do it. Because actions flow from the top down, strive to set a good example by working remotely at least once a week.

Next, provide your employees with the necessary technologies. A messaging software, video conferencing platform, shared files/documents, and a reliable Wifi connection are all required for a team of hybrid employees working from home. Some technology suggestions for hybrid teams include:
