When you see Problems in the World, sometimes you feel like you must try to do whatever is in your power to Change it.

As you try to Understand the "How", you will see many Options and Paths that could lead to Change.

You could have Perfect Plans, and see and explain exactly how it would work.

You could be Charismatic, Personable, Intelligent, and do everything Right.

It doesn't necessarily mean that the Path will be made open to you, or the Option will be given.

Many factors are outside of your control.

Some people will be unable to keep up with the Ideas you have.

Others will not agree with how you see things.

Then there will be some who become Afraid of the Ideas.

A few may See and Understand, but be unwilling to take the Steps Needed to get there.

I've met many good people who talk about Changing the World.

But when I look at their plans, and see what they are willing to do to get there... it isn't enough.

The plans are good, make sense, and will Change Lives for the better.

But it won't Change The World.

The World is a Large Place, and the Problems right now are Many.

To make the Change, we will have to work on these Problems Simultaneously.

We will also need many people working together.

It is within our power to Change The World, and our Efforts Combined can accomplish it.

But there is a difference between Small Efforts and Minimal Efforts.

Minimal Efforts may sound great, especially when coming from those who are well-spoken, but they only "look" good.

At the end of the day though, they won't Change The World.

I see far too many Minimal Efforts in our World today.

There is something that I've been coming to realize more and more.

If we are going to Change The World, we won't be able to Accomplish it if we stick to the Paths and Options that already exist.

If those Paths and Options worked, the World would already be significantly Better.

For True Change to occur, we must Design New Paths.

New Options will need to be Created.

Innovation will be a Necessity in Everything.

We will need to Innovate new Business Models.

We will need to Challenge the Status Quo that exists.

Perhaps "Challenge" is too light of a word...

Disassemble may work better.

Certain parts may still be Beneficial and we could Repurpose them along the way, but things will look completely different by the end.

On top of this, we will need New Technologies and Services to Accomplish Change.

But, perhaps most importantly in Changing The World, the Efforts will need to be Expansive.

The Good that is Accomplished cannot only Benefit the Few, especially not at the Expense of the Many.

All Flourishing is Mutual.

Too often I Fail to see Change lead to True Flourishing.

I see Individuals who Gain Success, but it doesn't go Beyond Them.

A few times I have seen the Success go to a Small Group.

But it still isn't Flourishing.

I often see "Flourishing" advertised - it's a great "Salesy" word - but when I look at the Long-Term Results, I only see Limited Success.

True Flourishing will look different from anything we have ever seen.

That is the Idea that excites me.

That is the type of Change that I seek in the World.

The Road to get there will be unlike anything we have ever seen, because it doesn't exist yet.

If you pursue that, you will get denied, old paths will be blocked, and options will be shut off to you.

Just know it should be expected, and don't let it deter you from moving into the Unknown.
