A Vague Business Concept
Have you ever put together IKEA furniture? Well, I have. It is as much complicated as it is fun. There is this pile of boxes, instructions, and images. You attach little pieces one-by-one going step-by-step. And, if you do everything correctly, those little pieces become a household appliance that will be a very good use to you. On the contrary, if you do it wrong, you will have to break down all those pieces apart like jenga woods and go to step one, tail chase.

I Want To Be a Pirate!
“Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do.” — Apple Ad 1997 referring to the misfit economy.

Why Publish Publicly?
I’ve done a few bits of casual blogging here and there in the past and have been wondering if it is something I should get back into, at least for the next few months as I’m going through a period of change in my life and feels as though it might be a nice accompaniment to help me achieve my goal for the year. It’s one you will have certainly heard before — it might even be one of your own resolutions for the year; to be more creative.

The payday loan industry is doing quite well. Blink and you’ll likely miss another store opening somewhere in your hometown. While the debate continues regarding the moral and ethical underpinnings of these types of short-term, comparatively high-interest loans, there is no denying it’s big business for the savvy entrepreneur. What do you need to know about the highly regulated industry before diving in? It probably goes beyond the capability of a single article to glean enough information to decide whether you should or shouldn’t, but here are some initial considerations to take under advisement.

How To Build a Relationship with Remote Employees
Employer-worker relationship plays an important role in the growth of the company. Just as companies invest a huge sum in maintaining relationships with their clients, they should adopt a similar approach in maintaining healthy relationships with their employees. Given the benefits that remote employment offers, companies are proactively willing to explore that option as it has surged from being 9% in 1995 to 37% of the total work-force in 2016. As the number is constantly rising, it is believed that the concept of being physically present at the workplace will extinct as remote working has accrued mutual benefits to the employer as well as the employee. However, that doesn't mean that will be the end of all the problems. On the contrary, it will subsequently create new ones. Remote working can cause disengagement in the employer-worker and would erode the camaraderie amongst co-workers. A disengaged relation can lead to problems that can nullify the benefits of remote working. So companies must take into account all the factors at play and make decisions that nurture strong and healthy relations with the employees.

Simple First Job Interview Tips for College Grads
Having a great resume doesn't mean you'll get the job, especially if you tank the interview. No matter how great of a job you do filling out the application, no matter how much interest in the position you express, it's all for nothing if you show up and have the personality of a cadaver. Now, you don't have to be Richard Pryor, but it would go a long way toward landing the job if you came across as somebody other people would want to be around.
