WHO IS IMAM HUSSAIN A.S?

His family:

Imam Hussain a.s is son of Imam Ali a.s and Bibi Fatima Zahra a.s. He's brother is Imam Hassan and Hazrat Abbas a.s and his sister Bibi Zainab a.s. He's daughter is Sakina a.s and Son Asghar a.s and Ali akhbar a.s.

How and Why did Karbala Happen?

Imam Hussain a.s recieve letters about people of Kufa want guidance. So, Imam Hussain a.s send his cousin Hazrat Muslim Ibn e Aqil. At the same time our Imam Hussain a.s got ready for Karbala. On 9 Dhul e Hajj, he left medina and went to Karbala. Karbala is city in Iraq just like Kufa city in Iraq.

When Imam Hussain a.s arrived there he bought a home, place where he can live. Bad people like Yazid were hiding and spying Imam Hussain a.s. Yazid asked Imam Hussain a.s to pledge him, but Imam Hussain a.s refuse. Therefore we all know theres only one god which is Allah.

On 7th Muharram Yazid asked his soldiers to surround water, if anyone from Imam Hussain a.s tent come here kill them. On 10th Muharram when Bibi Sakina a.s asked her uncle Hazrat Abbas to give water. So, he went to get allowence and he went. When he saw water, he held in his hand, remember Imam Hussain a.s and his family, so he didn't drink and pour the water in the bottle.

Then Yazid and his people saw Hazrat Abbas, and got the biggest spear and that hit Mola Abbas's right and left Hand. Then he hold the water in mouth the spear hit at his eyes and the water (mashkiza), then Mola Abbas fell down. Imam Hussain a.s came running and Mola Abbas said, do not tell Sakina that i couldn't get water for her. Do not take my dead body to the tents, burry it anywhere here. Imam Hussain a.s okay. Then Imam Hussain a.s requested Mola Abbas to say him brother, because mola Abbas always said Leader. When Mola Abbas said brother he died then.

The day of Ashura, 10 Muharram was so hard. The whole battle was about Yazid wanted to change Islam which is never possible, Imam Hussain a.s won the battle because today in every cornor of earth there's name of Imam Hussain a.s. Imam Hussain a.s army wasn't big whereas, history tell Imam Hussain a.s alone and 100,000 thousand people were killing imam Hussain a.s.

When everyone died, Bibi Zainab, Mola Zain Al-Abedien and Bibi sakina, went to syria (Shaam); she was tied with knot. Bibi Sakina a.s was only four years old before going to Shaam, Yazid burn the tents, and tear bibi sakina's earing and the tied her in knot at the end. When Bibi Sakina saw water in Shaam, she said give this water to my brother Asghar he is most small, till asghar a.s don't drink water i will never drink water.

When was Imam Hussain born? Where did he born?

Imam Hussain a.s born on January 626. Imam Hussain was born in Medina Saudi arabia. When our third imam was born a angel named fitrus he had long wings and always said im the best no one is best. When imam was born Giberail the angel was going with all other angels and Fitrus asked: where are you all going you all look good. Giberail replied: I’m going to Prophet Muhammed a.s to give him greetings Imam Hussain is grandson of prophet has born. Fitrus said I want to come with you. Fitrus went and Fly over Imam Hussain he got his wing back. From that day Fitrus is very close servant of imam Hussain he is in Karbala. No one can see him but he works for imam Hussain a.s

How Did Imam Hussain Died?

From today 50 years ago when prophet Muhammed was killed and shia (Muslim) rulership was sliding into corruption all these fight went. Imam Hussain stand against Yazid because he was very greedy and foolish bad person. He wanted all islam to be finish he did all those things imam Hussain stopped him. He did not believe in imam Hussain a.s and killed All the family of Imam Hussain a.s. Imam Hussain a.s refused to worship Yazid he knew already this person will kill me. But he did what Allah wanted to do he stand up for islam.Hussain decided to leave home town of Medina he went to Mecca. Hussain think if he went there Yazid may become good but he did not he lie a lot and broke promise of Prophet Muhammed a.s. yazid sent a huge army to block Imam Hussain from reaching Kufa, and force them to the desert town of Karbala.Once they reached Karbala, Hussain with his family 72 companions were surrounded by Yazid’s forces of up to 30,000 men. Despite being hugely outnumbered and with limited access to water, Hussain refused to give up. Yazid gave Hussain a final choice. To either support the government, or be killed. Imam Hussain a.s was praying Namaz and the army of Yazid , Shimmer sent people to kill Imam Hussain a.s and his people. When Imam was Killed his daughter Bibi Sakina a.s who is only four years old she went around where is my dad. She has never slept without imam Hussain a.s chest.
