I Might Have An Explanation

What is the deal with you all!?

No seriously, what is the problem with everyone either being vicious and hard to others? Look, whatever trauma or bad luck you have experienced gives you no right to mistreat others! I am sick of people being so rude, cruel, and hard to each other. Things are reaching a point where enough is enough! Time to stop this madness!

I am no misanthrope, but I have come to detest certain elements of Humanity.

We are either consuming resources like there is no tomorrow or we are just hating each other. Some will blame religion. Others will blame a godless world. Then there are those who blame Whites. Some whom will accuse Arabs, Blacks, Asians, or Hispanics for being the root cause. Oh, and lets not forget about people saying that one's sexual orientation is the culprit for our world being disrupted. And let's not forget about meat eaters versus vegans! Is it safe to say that EVERYONE is responsible for why this world is a sick place?! No?!

It seems everyone has a answer as to why this world is screwed up, but never a clear answer as to how we can all fix it. Even if you did away with something, we would still have problems to contend with. Rather than find solutions, people tend to find the blame in other people, groups, races, religions or creeds.

People should take caution lest they try to point out someones' errors. Nobody likes to be told they are wrong. Nor does anyone like being corrected. No matter who is in the right or wrong, nobody wants to be given the proper methods to do anything. We all have this arrogance about ourselves where we believe ourselves to be enlightened. At the same time, we see others as being ignorant simpletons.

Another issue I take issue with are the put downs from other people. Wow, did insulting someone make you feel better? I guess it did! How does anyone get a kick out of talking down to berating someone? I do not know. Its one of those things we all do in hopes of elevating ourselves. Its basically our inner nature to put ourselves higher than we deserve. After all, nobody likes being inferior. Name one person whom took pleasure in being, or having less? No one as far as I am concerned.

Here is another thing that gets to me. This concept of blaming others for our mistakes is something that confuses me. When will people take responsibility for their own actions? My answer is such a thing is highly doubtful. It seems as though we all want to hold someone accountable for our screw ups. Yet, we never once admit our mistakes or our faults. As I said before, its largely because we want to be feel above everything and everyone.

In short, the main problem is our "Me First" mentality. This putting others before ourselves just does not settle well with anyone. In other words, we all want to be the first in line, the first to win, and the first to strike it big. We never want to settle for second best because we all want the top position.

Perhaps that is why we have all these problems. It is largely in part of our desire to be number one. As a result, we tend to become self centered and haughty in our place and achievements. In the end, our place in life will mean nothing. Everyone will die one day and the next person in line will rise up to the position we either had or desired.

So that is why we are all self centered. We all want to be number one. Even if the position we crave is impossible to fulfill.
