Fame is a very polarizing subject. A lot of people that don't have it seem to want and desire it, while a lot of people who have it wish to do away with it. Nigerian skit maker and funny man, Broda Shaggi, is speaking about his own personal take on the topic during a new interview. He opens up about his own relationship with fame and explains why if it is up to him, he would rather just have money without fame and find another way to have money without the fame. Here is what Broda Shaggi had to say about this.

Speaking during the interview about the hard part of being a content creator and why he wishes he could do away with fame, Broda Shaggi said:

BRODA SHAGGI: Being a content creator, the hardest part is the fame that comes with it. The fame gets to people wrongly and sometimes positively. Some people don't know how to handle it, it's very very intoxicating sometimes because you just feel you can do anything and it's not like that. It's a special gift and you must use it wisely.

I wish, not because I'm here now as Broda Shaggi, but I wish there is another way for me to have money without this whole fame. I wish, because personally I'm an introvert. I don't like to go out, I swear. I don't keep friends. It's all about business for me, and God. So fame is a crazy thing. It's a world on its own. You have to manage it well. If you're famous, you have to manage it well. Content creation is not easy. It can come now and if you don't use it wisely, you'll just see that everything is gone and you're back to square one which is the hardest part when you're up there and you just find yourself going down or you've already lost it. It's very hard to come back. I wish the money can just come without the fame.
