The "30-year-old woman's crisis" is described as a difficult and mandatory obstacle. A difficult obstacle to overcome, but that makes life beautiful: age. Psychology is not my strong point, but I consider that at the age of 30 you get to analyze your life with lucidity.

With the change of the prefix (read the age of 30) came the life changes, of course, some better, some less good. And because I am a woman and I know how hard it is to bear the passing of the years, I want to talk about the good things that came with advancing age. Yes, yes! There are so many. Enjoy your reading!:)

You learn what friendship is

If in adolescence, any shoulder you could cry on belonged to a true friend, now it seems that things are not the same. The passage of time is equal to maturation. In the real world, over time, you have learned that friendship means more than that.

The real test to see who your true friend is is when everyone around you has started a family, has children, and so on. See who is calling you to ask what you are doing and who is giving you a beep just because you have a higher salary and you can afford a subscription instead of a phone card.

You learn that dating with a "bad boy" is thrilling, but that it is not worth the effort

Most of us are attracted to the "bad boy", but I don't know how many of us are, and here I am referring to the older ones, we meet another one. If as a teenager you liked to sneak out of the house late at night to see your boyfriend, who later turned into a little bastard, now these meetings seem to have no charm. Why?

Because, at this wonderful age, you want something more from life, from the people you spend time with, from you. You start to see life with different eyes and you realize that you always deserve something more than a "bad boy" who has only SF movies in mind. You know who is for you and who is not.

You realize that Jagermeister tastes awful if drunk in large quantities

Here I am referring to alcohol itself, but I liked the name of this drink. Alcohol hurts whether it is consumed at the age of 20 or 50 when the quantities exceed any imagination. If the teenager had her glory period, so to speak, when alcohol could not be absent from your club table, now things have changed drastically in this regard, and she did well.

You learn that no one likes to see a drunk woman who can't stand up anymore. This is unacceptable even at a younger age, but everyone chooses their path. Your face doesn't look very good in the morning after your body has been invaded by force, and this is the lesson you learned very well.

The sun is good, but we also need sunscreen

E! This should be learned from an early age, but it is better and later than ever. We all had our moments when we did too much sun, sun, and everything related to tanning the skin. Now, at the age of 30, we think how good it would have been if we had given ourselves that lotion to put in our beach bag always before we left.

But now that it's done, you've learned that sunscreen is really important. Although we know that UV rays lead to premature aging of the skin and none of us want to "benefit" from this.

You learn you don't know everything

Have you ever heard that too much knowledge is dangerous and can change your perception of reality? Well, now you know. In high school, in college, and even at work, you accumulate daily information, which may or may not remain imprinted in your memory.

There are times when your brain is overworked and you come to believe how much you know them all. Fortunately, this doesn't last long, and your thinking changes over the years. The job, the relationships with those around you make you realize that you still have a lot to learn.

You learn that clothes have a dress code depending on age

Skinny jeans, hippie bags, mini skirts, corner blouses, and mega-extra-cleavage and full of color sound good, yes, for a girl of 20, at most 35 years old. This is the advantage of the years, you learn what suits you and what doesn't. Every age has its dress code, and you've learned that. Congratulations!

Everyone can compromise

Did you think that you would be the only individualistic wolf who would follow in her footsteps and never lower her standards? Did you think that you will always be on a strong wave of idealism in a workplace and that you will be able to change the world and that you will always find what you are looking for?

Or will you be able to build a perfect family life because the work-life balance certainly doesn't apply to you? You thought you were different. Or so you thought. No, my dear, when it comes to certain things, you are no different. We all want, at some point, to start a family, to have our children, to have a roof over our heads only, to have peace prevailing both in the family and in our souls.

But do you have any idea how difficult these things are to accomplish? Now you know, congratulations. You are human!
