Life is a struggle for us all on this planet. Life is the total of your thoughts and beliefs about life. As technology keeps growing in our era, we try to search more on how to pursuit happiness because our struggle pushes us to find happiness. Now the phone has become a basic necessity in our LIFE. Face-to-face interactions Is not more part in our books. Mobile phones have become so integral to the lives of such a large share of humanity that it's easy to lose sight of the fact that they were far from commonplace in any part of the world just 20 years ago -- and internet-enabled smartphones have become prevalent in many regions in an even shorter time.

The smartphone is probably getting in the way of that age-old social interaction. This technology, which sometimes seems like magic, has completely changed our lives. It's easier than ever to find information, purchase items and communicate with people around the world. Where is the happiness? Aristotle once said Happiness depends upon ourselves.” Does the phone attest to this quotation? Do we find happiness using the phone?.

The most important thing is to realize that the happy life is about more than just me: my health, my wealth, my safety and security. Eventually, we got to spend every single day, together, working on ourselves, and others it became clear that whatever you have to offer financially doesn't matter," but the happiness you leave behind is what remains forever. "Whatever situation you are in, doesn't matter try to find the inner happiness.

What unleashes the inner happiness. Is it the use of phones or spending time with families without the phone? This argument encouraged me to write this article. My studies indicate shows that the greater the time spent engaged in online content and social media, the unhappier the child. This implies that as the person spend more time online with their phone he or she becomes extrovert and lonely. This means that he or she doesn't want to be near family or friends because he has chosen the phone to be his companion. Most of the youth even commit suicide due to what they read online. In my school recently a teacher committed suicide because he was a reserved type and doesn't want to talk to anyone. He thinks nobody understands him. He was always on his phone. Another observation was my two cousins. One was using the phone while the other spend time with the family. The one always with the family felt more relieved and happier than the one always using the phone. Even though he taught going on social media always makes him happy but rather hardly did he know that it dragged him to be a more far away from the families. Young generation who are dependent on or addicted to their smartphone are more likely to show signs of depression and loneliness. Smartphones will not only deprive you of your happiness but can also cause sleep problems in teens, which led to depression, anxiety and acting out. Phones cause sleep problems because of the blue the light they create. Too much use of the phone has caused us to be nomophobia that is the fear of going without your phone. Always people are depressed when they can't find their phone. A lot of people feel uneasy when they can't find their phone it seems like they’re lost when they can’t find their phone. Also textaphrenia that's the fear that you can’t send or receive texts. Another factor that affects our happiness is that we fear we can't send messages to our peers. This is one of the big challenges that caused depression among the lot. People have always tensed anything something happens to their phone. Lastly, phantom vibrations: the feeling that your phone is alerting always. People that use phones every day are more likely to suffer from mood problems such as neuroticism and bipolar disorder. They are also more likely to rate themselves as unhappy and more lonely,

The use of the smartphone and tablet has a great impact on our happiness as it has radically changed every aspect of teenagers’ lives, from the nature of their social interactions to their mental health. These changes have affected many people in every corner of the nation and in every type of household.

People who spent more time on screen activities had low psychological well-being. They tended to profess lower happiness, lower self-esteem and less satisfaction. Too much use of the phone is seriously making us unhappy.
It’s pretty impossible to completely abandon phones, social media and screens, but setting aside technology-free time is something more people of all ages are having to actively pursue to improve their mental health and the light they create.

There are the substantial effect on the use of the phone on our happiness as we seem to neglect those around us. The phone disconnect us from people in our immediate social environment and that might have some negative consequences for our well-being.
