"This bracelet is coral red, representing good luck."

"This necklace is made of rosewood. It can be worn to calm down and bring good luck." The Orange Fruit Decoration shop in Kunming, Yunnan province, is popular despite its size of just over 10 square meters.

"Starting a business is hard, but it's also fun. It is not big, but it is the embodiment of my efforts and dreams, just like my relatives and friends." She is only 23 years old, but her eyes are mature and capable beyond her age.

In the past year, the days full of laughter and tears made Jinna more determined to start her own business!

Youth without regret

"We have no regrets, we have no complaints, let the youth fly in the wind in the struggle." The song "No Regrets youth" is Kim Na's favorite song, this is also Kim Na's heart and desire.

Despite having a good family background, having graduated from a prestigious university, and having many opportunities when she graduated, Jinna chose the difficult path of entrepreneurship.

"I have always liked handicrafts, so I chose to open a craft jewelry store for my business project, but I didn't realize that it would be so difficult to start a business."

Parents do not support, teachers and students do not understand, partners do not cooperate... One unexpected difficulty followed another, making Kina feel a little out of breath.

Kim Na, who grew up under the care of her parents, has been working as a student leader during her college years. Her smooth growth experience makes her underestimate the difficulties of starting a business. Do not know the procedures to establish the store, no start-up capital, do not know the material of handmade jewelry, lack of partners... This series of problems led Kina to reassess her entrepreneurial path.

Kim Na, who has always been stubborn, solves problems one by one with effective solutions. Have an honest talk with your parents, learn the professional knowledge of handicrafts production, attend the SYB(start your business) training course organized by the human resources and social services department, and look for partners extensively... This series of targeted improvement measures, let Jinna's entrepreneurial road finally on the right track.

Pain and happiness; There are setbacks and pain, but also laughter and happiness, all of which are gains and growth for me." Jenna described her journey of more than a year as painful and happy.

She found her store, bought her materials, and trained her staff. For a year, everything in the shop was done by Kina herself. "The most difficult thing about starting a business is that you have to rely on yourself to summarize everything."

For her "harrowing" experience, Kina looks back with gratitude. Due to a lack of professional knowledge about the materials of handmade ornaments, Jin Na once went to Yiwu, Zhejiang Province, alone to select various materials herself. As a result, she was cheated by bad vendors and bought inferior materials, and lost all the money she borrowed, which was more than 10,000 yuan.

"The materials of handmade ornaments are very particular, such as jade, wood, synthetic materials, and so on. Consumers often have high requirements for materials. For us entrepreneurs, the first step is to become experts in materials."

To become a true expert, she bought professional books and attended professional training classes. She also bought materials from various markets to gain practical experience.

"Enthusiasm + rational thinking + professional knowledge + rich experience = success in entrepreneurship" is the conclusion that Jin Na concluded after more than a year of thinking.

"The average entrepreneur has high morale and enthusiasm at the beginning of a business, but rational thinking is necessary, which directly affects the outcome of the business." Jenna says she was carried away 'by her enthusiasm in the early days and made a lot of bad decisions. The wrong choice of location, the reckless expansion of the store, and the poor training of part-time staff all made Kina a lot more rational.

Despite being born in the 1980s, Kim Na has a strong will and extraordinary maturity.

Without funds, Jin Na borrowed money from her relatives. The store location is wrong, Jinna decisively give up the original plan to re-select; When receiving false money caused heavy losses, Jin Na immediately purchased a counterfeit detector and strictly trained shop assistants; Due to lack of experience and improper store management, thieves took advantage of the opportunity, carefully made handmade jewelry was robbed, Jin Na strong face, everything from scratch!

All this makes people have to look at this sweet "after 80 and 80" sit up and take notice.

"Difficulties are temporary, as long as we have determination and perseverance, everything will be better."

Every step of the way

After more than a year of difficulties and setbacks, Jin Na has become a famous college student entrepreneurship star in Kunming.

"I hope we can turn our store into a franchise chain so that more college students can join us and create our entrepreneurial youth together." Picked up said.

Although the store is still small and the number of partners is small, Jinna's dream is ambitious: "I want to promote the colorful handmade accessories designed by myself to the whole country so that more friends can have the opportunity to wear them."

Learned to be down-to-earth, learned to think rationally, learned to put enthusiasm into product design... Jenna says she gained 10 years of growth from just over a year of entrepreneurship.

"I see now that you can only do good by doing good to people first. Be honest and do things sincerely. Only in this way can we achieve final success." Kina said she would take each step one at a time, even if it was smaller and slower.
