The Pitfalls of Falling in Love for the Wrong Reasons

Take a moment to reflect on your relationship and be honest with yourself about the reasons why you entered them?

Sometimes, very good people fall in love with us, and all the other people give them certificates and tell them that they will make your life better. If you get into a relationship just for the sake of getting advice to improve your life, it won't last long. A lot of people get into relationships like this because of others words, and they get interested. In the beginning, everything seems to be fine moving with beautiful consistency, and a perspective is formed where everything is in sync with them.

But after a certain period of time, the interest decreases little by little. And there is dryness in the conversation, when you have talked as much as you can and there is nothing left to talk or either you don’t know what to talk.

It is at this time that their interest decreases and their mind prepares itself to stay away, which results in indifference and ignorance. In this case, even if the concerned person is familiar with another being, it will look wrong. Even their normal behavior may seem like betraying the concerned person. And is not so easy to converse with the person frankly that you loose interest and walk away.

Then a thought comes to him or her, and he or she thinks that someone else has got something new and that he or she is trying to take it off. Still, many people do not know the difference between love and passion. They immediately take the extreme desire to be a lover as love, and they fall in love and get into a toxic relationship.

In the beginning, there must be a lot of things to talk about when you don't know each other. After everything is discussed and resolved, there will be no content or context to speak about. This is where love (passion!) gets sour.

With little no understanding of love they start convincing them that they are deeply in love. When it comes to understanding, they form an unbreakable bond, and for those who can't lift it and come out, they run a relationship with some cracks. So, in a relationship where both parties have equal feelings for each other, they will balance their relationship graciously. Then comes the most widely used word "true feelings". It can be said that "nothing will happen if there are true feelings". Actually, what are true feelings? Don’t we need clarification on that?

Let's come to the feelings first. You get attracted to someone today, but tomorrow it will change. Love is the combination of any kind of feeling. "Infactuation ---> Crush ---> Love" also makes no big difference.

It depends on the level of attraction we have for each other, which varies according to its degree, and usually, no matter what the relationship is, attraction is the basis of it. If we like each other, we start talking. Whether it ends with a crush or continues a friendship or love depends on the respective situation and level of attraction.

So people, don’t think, "He said, she said, he/she is nice, they are very much in love, why don’t we love them back" like that. It’s complete foolishness. Just figure out the level of attraction you have for them, know whether this is just an engrossment or more than that, and consider about getting into a relationship.

It's important to remember that attraction is not the only factor in a successful relationship. Compatibility, communication, shared values and goals, and mutual respect are all crucial components that contribute to a healthy and fulfilling partnership.

When entering a relationship, it's important to have realistic expectations and to be willing to put in the effort and work required to make it thrive. It's not always going to be easy, and there will be times when disagreements arise or challenges present themselves.

It's also important to recognize that relationships can change and evolve over time. Just because a relationship was initially based on a strong attraction does not mean it will necessarily continue to flourish in the same way.

Ultimately, the decision to enter into a relationship should be based on genuine feelings and a desire for a deeper connection with another person. It's important to take the time to get to know someone and to ensure that there is a strong foundation of compatibility and mutual respect before committing to a relationship.

And if a relationship does not work out, it's important to be honest with oneself and with the other person about the reasons why. Sometimes it's simply not meant to be, and that's okay. It's better to acknowledge and accept this than to try to force something that isn't there.

In the end, a successful relationship is one that is based on love, respect, and a genuine desire to build a life together. It may not always be easy, but with the right person and a commitment to making it work, it can be one of the most rewarding experiences in life.
