It is a universal truth accepted that time weaves our fate.

THE PAST:

The past is highly influential to our character. Our personality tremendously depends on our past. It is the past that shapes us who we are, the malevolent and the benevolent factors shape our life, shape us as a whole, as we know of today.

The outcomes of the past are categorized simply into two ends, a happy end, or a sad one.

Perhaps, the past is a perpetual agony trip one must force to remember. People often depict the past as a mysterious and an evil darkish element, born out of guilt, and rage, then ultimately sadness. But these moments are inevitable, these must occur no matter what. But, not always is the past depicted as a malevolent figure, there are also good moments which are worth remembering, which are worth remembering while closing your eyes before falling asleep.

The past may have severe consequences on your present life, and perhaps might affect your future as well.

THE PRESENT:

The present only lasts for a split second, until it becomes your past, and then your future becomes your present. The present is almost impossible to capture, but what arises from the present are thoughts, thoughts serve as an important factor to humans, thoughts which are original are known as ideas. People's personalities are constructed by observing, and then executing. Like ideas, ideas once thought by an original are passed down from generation to generation, similar to this, habits and behavior patterns are passed down from one to another.

The most common method of passing, or acquiring a characteristic, or a behavior pattern is through observing people you observe, the people you look up to. The other most common method is through media, the media you watch, the media you read, the media you listen to. When people find something or someone they can relate to, they tend to follow them, they acquire their characteristics, their behavior patterns change, and eventually they become them, perhaps this is a wrong way to put it, after they complete the transaction, a part of them becomes the thing they acquire characteristics from.

You see, people are not original, but everyone you meet are not the same, even though some may share similarities, they ae never identical.

People believe what they are told to believe, they detest what they are told to detest, they love what they are told to love, and hate what they are told to hate. As I stated earlier, they follow. Like a line. But, a few stand out from the others, when they break the line, or simply unfollow it, those are known as inventions, just simply inventions. Do you think you're the first one to have want to gain freedom?

THE FUTURE:

The future is hopeful... this may be one of the biggest lies one accepts.

The future is often depicted as an element which exhibits hope. Now, hope is the best thing we can do. Hope never dies. And, most importantly hope is the thing which keeps us alive, it's the one thing which gets us out of bed everyday, hoping that today will be better...

The good and the bad, the light and the dark, life and death, these crucial elements of life are mostly visible as...well, good and bad, the two sides of a coin. In the real world, people can't differentiate themselves as good or bad, as light or as darkness. But, people tend to choose sides, no matter what, but this not knowingly will cause a perpetual conflict among yourself, to choose whether to be good, or bad? Only when we blur the line between good and bad, when we can truly accept our bad and good, our light and darkness, when we accept life and death as a journey, and not as it's end, it is then when we can be at peace with ourselves... and the world.

The complexities of the human nature are vast, not everyone or everything can be comprehended. Perhaps, this is one of the many things which cannot fully be understood...
